Not a good time to be selling that’s for sure.

I have been looking at moving and there are some bargains, but I won’t be selling my present house anytime soon. But I have plenty of equity so I can rent it for positive flow and keep the value to use in retirement.

But I bought in the last bottom (1987) and was in that position almost the day after I moved in. Most folks who have been in less than 10 or 15 years aren't that fortunate.
