Remains to be seen. But he did turn it down once. I think Kaine granting him clemency would be the frosting on the cake, and take 5-10 more points off of poor Deeds’ numbers.
Muzzie in chief can’t. He doesn’t have the authority. This is a state case, not a federal case. Only the governor can grant clemency, he wouldn’t be pardoned, just spared the death penalty. Or the Supreme Court to agree to review it, which I highly doubt is going to happen. Everyone wants to see this guy fry.
I don’t feel the public was allowe to know the truth about these animals....that they were Islamists and IMO, homosexual lovers.....
