Actually, I think this guy is an actor reading from a script writtn by someone else. He is wearing eye makeup. The coughing is totally faked.
I wonder who is behind this pathetic creature, and who paid him to do this?
It’s all about the money, you know. ;)
Could also be very ill (cancer or something) or on something like pot or meth. Considering his mental state, I would guess the latter, but that's just my opinion.
