The ax also finally fell at GQ

hahahahahah...! CryptoGay rag that teaches you're NOTHING if you don't constantly buy stupid useless crap and speak wittily while saying NOTHING.

I hope they're all soon in the poorhouse, sans cologne, no sweater draped over shoulders and no "SUMMERING" in St. Thomas.

GOOD RIDDANCE! Better late than never....

The more left wing rags that tank the better.

I saw last month’s VF. The first 86 pages were all ads. Rather pretty ads, but still...Who wants to pay for a magazine that’s 80 percent ads?

I read the article at the end of the magazine about Jackie Kennedy. There were about 6 pages of actual interesting text in that whole magazine.

Good! That is what they get for hiring that sack of nothing Levi Johnston to post nasty articles about Sarah Palin. Hey Vanity Fair, you made your bed, now sleep in it

“he was a no show in the office yesterday because he had jetted off on a vacation yesterday morning.”

Hehehehe. He could not stand the bad news so flew off on vacation to get away from it all. Liberal coward.

Editor Graydon Carter didn't deliver the bad news himself.

He was a no show in the office yesterday because he had jetted off on a vacation yesterday morning.

No problem, the proles that will take it in the shorts, know their place.

When the government bailout of the media begins, The One will make it all good again.

Meanwhile they can go home and dust their shrines there.

Sounds like a real wimp. Not only would he not pull the trigger himself, he wouldn’t even be in town for it.

You can hardly take more pleasure in the demise of a schmuck than this. He abused Bush, Cheney and Rove like it was nothing. Recently - at my ophthalmologist’s office I picked up a copy to learn that Karl Rove had outed Valerie Plame. A quick look a the cover and you see that it was the September 2005 issue. No need to look to subsequent issues to see if they printed a correction, I’m sure they didn’t bother.

I read the magazine a few years back to see Dominick Dunne’s intriguing crime reporting. And they had a nice piece on the midair collision over the Amazon. Other than that - good riddance!

I wonder how “Wired” Magazine with the same publisher is doing. They’re consistently interesting and they still have a lot of ad pages but the content is getting thinner.
