US President Barack Obama has led international condemnation of Sunday's double suicide bomb attack in Baghdad that killed at least 132 people.
Mr Obama branded the attacks - the worst in more than two years in Iraq - "hateful and destructive".
UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband said they were a "terrible reminder of the threat from violent extremism".
The blasts hit the ministry of justice and a provincial government office near the heavily fortified Green Zone.

Obama calls attacks hateful and destructive; Promises to issue a really, really strong statement against terrorism, followed by an appearance on Leno.
Just a “man made disaster”... No reason to be concerned, right? /s
This is what happens when you exhibit crass weakness and cowardice in the face of Islamofascist fanatics.
Obama must be held accountable for encouraging these mass killings of civilians.
Maybe there’s a little more to life than hopychangy - eh hussein?!
Strong letter to follow...
Obama still refusing to use the “T” word?

This is sad.
We have an ineffective, unprincipled politician with no experience and a worldview shaped by every lefty in the Beltway, and soldiers depending upon his command.
There is no voting “Present” as CIC.
There is no campaign slogan that can stop a bullet or IED.
That is all he’s capable of doing, slogans and avoiding decisions.
Well, Obama has weighed in. I’m sure the terrorists will stop now. [/s] If they don’t, maybe another apology tour of the Muslim world will be necessary. I nominate Bagdad as the first stop.
BFD!
“naughty, naughty” sez the prez...
And, just what consequences did he propose?
What actions has he taken?
He’s a laughing stock!
Oh..that’s right...he only gets riled at FOX news and those opposing his socialist policies at home.
Defending the country and our troops abroad is beneath him.
Zer0’s response to the bombing, “Don’t make me come over there and apologize!” </sarcasm>
Obama said that this was hateful & destructive. Then he went out to play golf.
He’s probably blaming it on the U.S. Chamber of commerce.
His response seems mysteriously prompt —did his golfing cut short his time to CAREFULLY CONSIDER the matter...? WEIRD!
Imagine his fury if he knew how many real Americans (those of us with common sense and a love for this country) blame the attacks on Obama personally. I cannot imagine anything that would embolden the terrorists in Iraq more than watching General McChrystal’s report gather dust as “the decider” decides whether to decide or just play another round of golf and get all wee weed up about Fox News. In their position, I would also try to destabilize Iraq, knowing that the United States is unlikely to respond in a relevant time-frame.
You mean he didn’t cry “Bush’s fault”? I’m shocked!
Anyone who believes ANYTHING that crosses the lips of “Mack Daddy” would also bid on a bridge in the middle of the ocean.
So moved was Obama that he even found time to call the Iraqis and express his condolences while on the way to the golf course.
From Mark Knoller's twitter feed -
On the way to golf, Obama telephoned condolences to Iraqi Pres. Talabani and Prime Minister al-Maliki for loss of life in today's bombings.
Class act that Obama.
“hateful and destructive”
I guess he didn’t expect our enemies to be hateful or destructive.
How can they find a way to blame Bush? Or is it just the standard Bush’s fault the muzzie’s hate us yet?
Oh, did him stomp his widdle feeties?

Hmmm and here I thought Obama was the answer to world peace.
That would show those crazy Islamofascists what for.
Almost as angry as when he shanked his approach shot on the 4th hole this morning.
"Destructive", or "not constructive"?
Obama's friend, Bill Ayers, in 1969, Ayers participated in planting a bomb at a statue dedicated to police casualties in the 1886 Haymarket affair confrontation between labor supporters and the Chicago police.
Ayers participated in the bombings of New York City Police Department headquarters in 1970, the United States Capitol building in 1971, and the Pentagon in 1972, as he noted in his 2001 book, Fugitive Days.
Ayers said: "I don't regret setting bombs" and "I feel we didn't do enough", and, when asked if he would "do it all again," as saying "I don't want to discount the possibility."
And just what happens to a person like that?
Ayers is currently a professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Education.
Ayers worked with Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley in shaping the city's school reform program
In an interview published in 1995, Ayers characterized his political beliefs at that time and in the 1960s and 1970s: "I am a radical, Leftist, small 'c' communist ... [Laughs] Maybe I'm the last communist who is willing to admit it. [Laughs] We have always been small 'c' communists in the sense that we were never in the Communist party and never Stalinists. The ethics of communism still appeal to me. I don't like Lenin as much as the early Marx.
words... just words.. no use getting all wee-weed up.
Barak al-Kanji, the great appeaser. Who believes anything this spineless man says? As I understand it Barak al-Kanji is mustering his buddies at the bar association and is going to sue the pants off those darn terrorists! I bet the terrorists are shaking in their boots.
Looks pretty bad
Shankapotamus!

"Hey Betty, what's my tee time again?"
He’s got his dirty shoes on our desk.
Notice how nicely the newspapers are lined up, and the photos turned towards the camera. He hasn’t done a real days work in his entire life.
Fury-schmury. That’s not “fury.” It’s just a standard disclaimer.
The guy’s too busy using “fury” on Fox to bother with a few of his fellow Muslims blowing each other up.
If he's mad, it's only bcz this does NOTHING for HIM.
Three things:
Did Obama play golf today?
Did he go to church today?
Does he have a church or is he still using the “logistical problem” excuse to not attend which of course does not deter him from all his other jetsetting to new places that need to be precleared and then secured?
Gott run but I’ll check back later. Thanks.
The O must be Pissed, I didn’t see him on Tv saying it was our fault today
Can you tell what channel his TV is on back there in the corner?
Due to the severity of the problem he had to limit it to nine holes today.
looks like Teh CNN
“Obama calls attacks hateful and destructive”
Gee, can’t have anything to do with the Kenyan’s withdrawal timetable? Could it?
The timetable was agreed to by Bush, not Obama, through the Status of Forces Agreement. It was one of the wisest moves of his presidency. The Iraqis will kill each other whether we have a timetable or not. The sooner we get completely out of that mess, the better.
He must have been confused and thinking about Fox news.
