other day and will caucus with the Republicans.
The Conservative Party in NY are Republicans.

Well, then why is he not the Republican candidate and why is he running against the Republican candidate?

There is no primary, different heads picked out of a list
and Hoffman was not picked byt Scuzzy.
since he can’t run as a Republican he is running on Conservative Party which has been established for many decades in NY.
The 23rd Dist. has 44,000 more Republicans than Democrats.
