The Democrats pull this crap all of the time. Someone with standing should file suit and try and force the postponement of the election. Enough pussyfooting around.

Yes but don’t you get tired of the Dems ignoring the military ... if any of them ever vote for a Dem I’d be surprised. No wonder they always “lose” the military absentee ballots.

Doesnt say much for Tim Kaines ability to govern honestly, does it?
Actually, it speaks volumes on Tim Kaine's ability to govern honestly.

If those ballots favor the RATs and they need them to win, it's a sure
bet that they will be counted.

From this ruling it looks like they will have to count them all, if it applies to this election as well.
Judge says Va. violated absentee voters' rightsFriday, October 16, 2009
RICHMOND, Va. A federal judge has ruled that Virginia violated the voting rights of military service members and other Americans overseas when officials failed to mail more than 2,100 absentee ballots in time for last year's presidential election.
U.S. District Judge Richard Williams also ordered Friday that the Virginia Board of Elections count and certify the absentee ballots.

...Been in KY for 2 years, moved here from Norfolk, VA, after 25 years. Disenfranchisement of the military vote has been going on for a long time, not just in VA. Yer right, it’s their strategy to fix the vote, by any means...
...Got the same thing here, Gov. Beshear, Mayor Newberry, in Lexington. The only light shining in this commonwealth may be Randall Paul for senate. The fact that he’s running Republican, he’s alot third party in his principles on the issues. Met him Saturday, in Lexington, I’m for him...

Few political concerns are as diabolical and infuriating as denying the vote to those who secure those very freedoms. The best to you in your efforts to elect Rand Paul.
