Doesn’t Alan Keyes have standing because Obama should not have been allowed to run for the Senate? It’s not just the BC. What passport did he travel on? Did he attend college as a foreign student?

LOL! Did Carter say mean things about Orly as well?

Well, he did use the phrase "improper and unethical" (to describe her conduct in asking her supporters to call the Judge).

There may be more, I haven't read the whole opinion yet.

I believe the new theory is “No controlling legal authority”, but that is only for Republicians.

WHY is the requirement place upon anyone else but the candidate?

For obvious reasons. We don't want sore losers clogging up the courts with lawsuits when they don't get the results they want.

The decree regarding what would take place from Moses seat was long ago foretold. And do I think this Orly is competent well I can only test the fruit.

That is ok you will discover in due time who took Moses seat. He was the first lawgiver and Christ said that some would replace him with their own version of the law.

So what happens if Superbozo runs for a second term? Will we get to prevent him from taking office then since we seem to have no standing now? Or will he get to run purely and merely because he completed a first term, albeit fraudulently in the minds of many people?

I think Alam Keyes has standing, but the burden is on Alan to prove that he was adversely affected.

Did Carter say mean things about Orly as well?

Yes. There's a whole section on "Conduct of Plaintiffs' Counsel". See pages 28 and 29.

Is this the 'royal' we? These people took oaths to uphold and defend the Constitution. IF they knowingly LIED then they will be held to account. NOT by me or you but the ONE that bestowed the blessing on this nation so many snuff at and elect a stranger to rule over them.

His 2012 opponents likely have standing on certain causes of actions pre-election.

"He stated that over 69 million people wanted the usurper and he wouldn’t overthrow him"

Did he really say that? That's pretty bizarre- if 69 million people voted to murder someone, would that make it OK?

What does it matter what one or 69 million people think- the constitution can be overridden because 69million people want to? Doesn't that require a CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION?
