The latest challenge to Prop 8 could be show on television.

Ted Olson and David Boies, are suing saying Prop 8 is unconstitutional.

The judge has reportedly 'hinted' that he may allow cameras..

The rumor is that this judge is a homosexual himself. His actions so far have been very antagonistic toward the folks defending Prop 8. He's all but declared that he's going to rule it unconstitutional.

The fact that he is hinting that he will allow cameras further cements this in my mind.

I talked to some of the attorneys involved on the Prop 8 side of this thing. They are convinced that we are going to lose. This homosexualist radical judge is going to overturn the will of the people via fiat. The appeal then would go to the 9th Circus, and we all know how they would rule.

It's would then be up to SCOTUS, and we'd be basically putting all our bets on Kennedy up there. That's not a fun place to be for anyone.

Even if the pro-marriage side eventually wins on appeal, it’s almost a certainty that in the meantime, faux “marriages” will be allowed to resume which could not be undone after the fact, further complicating the issue as the fake marriages allowed before Prop 8 won muddied the waters on many fronts. These homo-radicals will use these “unions” as a wedge to pound every legal avenue until they get their way.
