RICHMOND, Calif. – The number of people arrested in the gang rape of a 15-year-old girl outside a high school dance in Northern California has increased to six and could get higher, authorities said.
Jose Carlos Montano, 18, was arrested Thursday evening outside his San Pablo home. He was being held on $1.3 million bail, on suspicion of rape, rape in concert with force and other charges, Richmond police said.
Authorities were still looking for suspects, and have said as many as 10 people ranging from 15 to the mid-20s may have attacked the girl for more than two hours Saturday in a dimly lit area.
Montano's arrest came after three other teen suspects appeared in court for the first time Thursday.
Cody Ray Smith, 15, pleaded not guilty, while Ari Abdallah Morales, 16, and Marcelles James Peter, 17, did not enter pleas during their arraignment in Contra Costa County Superior Court.
Smith, Morales and Peter each were charged with rape in concert and sexual penetration with a foreign object. They were being held without bail and could be eligible for life in prison, if convicted.
The three were charged as adults because of the severity of the crime, prosecutor Dara Cashman said.
Another suspect, 19-year-old Manuel Ortega, was arraigned separately but did not enter a plea. He is charged with rape, robbery and assault causing great bodily injury, and is being held on $1.2 million bail.

Sorry, not going to happen if, as it appears from cursory viewing, these yuths are "persons of ethnicity". If this be true, then it is society's fault and thus all the rest of us are at fault.
My personal view is, of course, well disposed to have these ANIMALS punished to the MAX. Their biological producers must be very PROUD of their offspring.

The lawyers are already pointing the finger at the school personnel and law enforcement, and saying his client couldn’t have done it. And of course they show the crying denying family of the perpetrators! Not the victim.

Finally, amigo, I am proud of my Anglo-Saxon heritage. It has conquered a backward and primitive world with civilization, spiritual improvement, health benefits, technological advancement and general wealth generation and distribution. It pushed back the darkness of superstition, including human sacrifice, and enlightened the world with a new optimism and vision.
I’m glad the poverty, filth and superstition of Mexico has a border between it and me and I’d like to see that border strengthened.

With the AP, racial motivation is only mentioned when it’s white on black. As usual, political partisanship renders the MSM a questionable source.
The population of California in 1848 had approximately 2,000 "Mexicans." For the most part, these folks considered themselves Spanish. They wanted nothing to do with the claque of thieves to the south which had virtually ignored the region for 27 the years under its nominal rule.

The 200 or so families representing .002% of early California denizens has little or nothing to do with the fairly recent influx of Mexican heathens that do not share our values, culture or worldview. That is the demographic that is being discussed on this thread.

I have recently seen some videos (definitely not on youtube) of street justice in South America. More than just a few videos of accused rapists and thieves beaten to a pulp, laying on the ground or tied to trees, and then doused with gasoline and set on fire to burn alive. Very brutal. The main problem is these people being burned alive are just accused, not tried in court. If found guilty in a court of law, I personally don’t have a problem with capital punishment for these fiends.
The girl bears some responsibility for this. She was supposed to meet her father after the dance but went over to the group of boys and started drinking alcohol and was drunk or close to it when the rapes started. Not to excuse in any way the behavior of the young men, but she put herself in this position in the first place.
And I have not heard of her ethnicity. Anglo, Hispanic or Black? I suspect one of the first two as one of the suspects is already trying to play the race card.

What proof do we have that this is true, the say-so of the perps? They could have poured it down her throat for all we know.
