The kids grandmother has no standing in the matter. The dispute is between him and the mother. Unless she is physically preventing him from see the child.

You’re right, but there is no evidence that Bristol Palin is a bad mother. Also, while Levi Johnson’s behavior doesn’t disqualify him, it does reflect badly on him.
I am sure Bristol could counter-sue, demand the playgirl model not have custody , take drug tests AND pay child support.
And I say, go to court! I'm sure an Alaskan judge will take one look at this asshats actions since becoming a father, especially the posing nude, and rule him an unfit parent.

Levi needs to step up and start contributing to Tripp’s welfare. Some of his naked picture money should go to the kid. I suspect he needs to pony up for some of the hospital bill also.

I know that you’re a dim bulb and not really into this whole father thing, but GRANDMA can’t keep you from seeing your kid. MOM can. And your son’s (that’s the baby Track....cuz you don’t seem to pay a lot of attention to him) mother is BRISTOL. You need to work out things with her....and pay child support. Of course, you keep lying aboud Bristol’s mom, and I’m guessing Bristol’s going to play hard ball.
So have fun with that. Can’t wait to see how the whole Playgirl thing plays out in court....or the grandma in jail for drugs.....or your lack of a job.....or lack of decency.
