WASHINGTON Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner says the economic recovery "could be a little choppy" and it's going to take a while.
Geithner told NBC's "Meet the Press" that bringing back jobs and confidence of investors will be the real test of recovery. He declined to say whether the recession is over, saying economist will figure that out years from now.

I sure hope the GOP can find way to benefit by opening up on the Dems of DC .. they aren’t ‘normal’ by any stretch of the imagination.
Grayson, Waters, Frank, Rangel, Boxer, Pelosi, Reid, ad nauseum, each one is a Super Fund toxic site in of and of themselves, they are so full of crap.
Ethics? Transparency? Both were promised.
Oh they been transparent alright
and now all can see them for what they are not..
for the little guy, the small business,..
choppy?
We ain’t seen the half of that yet.

Geithner could help things by resigning and paying his taxes.
Same for Hussein.

Ghost of Philip Marlowe: Geithner is a traitor who knows what he is doing — paying off his cronies by stealing the value of the US dollar from US citizens and driving the country toward a one-world currency controlled by a global, central bank.

Translation: there will be NO RECOVERY.

There is NO ECONOMIC RECOVERY. Job losses of 500,000+ a month continue, and the short term "boost" to GDP in the third quarter was all Government Generated via "cash for clunkers" and the "new home buyers tax credit."
Now that both of those have expired, the economy will resume its slump, as indicated by the precipitous drop in consumer spending in October of .9% - the biggest single monthly drop in decades.
The worst isn't over for this economy, not by a long shot.

Like Geitner has a clue.
With all do respect, we can’t continue to make comments like this. THEY ALL HAVE A CLUE...they know perfectly well what they are doing. They are purposely destroying all capitalism and creating serfs and vassals. Saying they don’t have a clue lets the partially off the hook. THEY ARE THE EMBODIMENT OF EVIL. The pain and misery I see on peoples’ faces day to day...tonight walking around with my kids trick or treating was painful. Not a lot of people gave out candy.
They know what they are doing.

I live in a town that used to have a whipping post in the center square in the 1700’s. They used to take lying weasels and con men like Geithner and Obama there, and make an example of them.

another article that explains what should have been common sense;
Stimulus doing job, but risks are there
http://www.northjersey.com/news/national/68163442.html
The risk is that the biggest government intrusion into the economy since World War II will leave the U.S. saddled with trillions of dollars of debt and not much to show for it.
