I think it is code that is understandable by those on the public dole. Basically get all your people off the couch so mean ole Republicans don't come and take what belongs to you (government assistance). My dad lives close to Benton Harbor Michigan so I know exactly what Obama is saying and who it is intended for. Should disgust every tax paying American citizen.
