Posted on 11/02/2009 7:26:12 PM PST by Nachum
The former director of a Planned Parenthood clinic in southeast Texas says she had a "change of heart" after watching an abortion last month and she quit her job and joined a pro-life group in praying outside the facility.
Abby Johnson, 29, used to escort women from their cars to the clinic in the eight years she volunteered and worked for Planned Parenthood in Bryan, Texas. But she says she knew it was time to leave after she watched a fetus "crumple" as it was vacuumed out of a patient's uterus in September.

Any fool would realize that it was a living being - except for the fools that deny against all truth that it is.
Every school child should have to see at least one filmed abortion.
Imagine if schools required a showing of that rather than Al Gore’s alarmist fantasies.
Since the Obama mafia wants public abortion financing, they should be televised on PBS.
This is the result of all those people praying for the end of this holocaust. (I’m Catholic and I’ll attribute it to the millions praying the Rosary, tirelessly, others will feel differently.)
Now you know WHY Planned Parenthood REFUSES to allow an ultrsound to be in their facility and VIEWED before an abortion.
There is too much skin, muscle, tissue, and uterus between the baby and the outside for the imprints of toes to be that clear and precise.
Ahhh! Look at the itty bitty footsie.
Is that photo real?
Good post potlatch
Abortion is in those 2000 plus pages of ObamaScare
It is not removed and existing statutes will also mandate illegal aliens are covered too - for everything

Obama Says A Baby Is A Punishment
? doesn’t seem real.
Seeing my daughter's ultrasound when she was three months pregnant with our only grandchild made a huge impact on me. There was no question about life beginning at conception.
[(You lie! - Joe Wilson)]
I made a ‘you lie’ Joe Wilson gif long ago but was never satisfied with it.
Someone posted a portion of what the bill looks like and it is gobbledeegook, whatever, and you can’t make sense even of a small portion if you aren’t a lawyer.
Yes, they have to be in Heaven.
God bless those Witnesses for Life, both at this abortuary and throughout the nation.
Can’t say for sure.
But it always makes one think.
This is a photo shop photo. It isn’t real, but it does communicate a truth — the baby in the womb is alive and deserves life.
This photo is art to make a point.
Obama thinks a baby is punishment. The inference is that “unwanted humans” are trash that must be destroyed.
That is why one of his Czars was mentored by Harrison Brown who thinks of over-populated humans as “maggots.”
“The Challenge of Man’s Future,” by Harrison Brown.
[A] substantial fraction of humanity today is behaving as if it would like to create such a world. It is behaving as if it were engaged in a contest to test nature’s willingness to support humanity and, if it had its way, it would not rest content until the earth were covered completely and to a considerable depth with a writhing mass of human beings, much as a dead cow is covered with a pulsating mass of maggots.
Putin and the Chi-Coms warned us Obama was leading us into Socialism that would destroy us
China needs us as a market - Russia needs a string US too
When America sneezes - the world gets pneumonia
Real or not, it made me smile :D. Thanks.
“I am Catholic and recall praying for the fall of communism in Russia. It seemed to happen but looks like it is resurrecting all over the place now”
You did the right thing! The world will go it’s own way though when it wants and ultimately will choose to fight against God. That does not mean that prayer will not win battles in the meantime and we know God wins in the end!
NO. Some things are too graphic and too traumatic for kids to see. There is no point in inflicting psychological abuse on children to fight abortion.
Suggestions such as that don't help our cause.
Leave the kids alone.
I will agree so long as this is limited to high school students. Children of lower grades should not be subjected to this kind of reality, IMO.
Considering what goes on today, though, some may believe middle school students can handle and benefit from viewing an actual abortion. Should parents be consulted for permission to do this?
Of course it's not an actual photograph. It was posted to make the point that within a short amount of time, a baby in the womb quickly develops into a recognizable human being which began at his/her conception
Wow! G_d is definitely hard at work, tearing down strongholds to reach human hearts!
I don't know if you are referring to the ages of kids or all kids, say those under 18. Whichever, I'll go along with your reasoning that we don't want to traumatize anyone.
The other side of the coin could be that a teenage girl, and maybe a boy, will end up traumatized to some degree for the rest of their lives when they eventually grasp the facts of their decision and cannot change it.
We must continue to pray, do penance, and work to overcome this evil we face.
Super post potlatch
Guess you saw my comment about it.
I agree. Pray we must!
Or Swine Flu.
Maybe by injection.
I do, every day Mel.
[Did you have to post that picture? It’s so very sad.]
It’s the only way to make an impression on those who abort.
I do, every day Mel.
Well you are a wonderful example to me! I aspire to rememberance in prayer every day!
[Well you are a wonderful example to me!]
Bedtime Mel, I say all my ‘involved’ prayers at bedtime. Habit of a lifetime. And, I try not to pray for myself, just “Thy will be done”.
My parents knelt on the sides of their bed to pray every night. That made a big impression on me when I was young.
Must be Graphic
[Must be Graphic]
I know. Even words CAN be graphic, if you go into detail. I have a gif SHOWING partial birth abortion, but would never post it on a forum.
