Obama Doctrine's Honduran 'Deal' Diminishes U.S.

Undermine our allies. Embolden our enemies. Diminish our country. If anyone doubted those nine words summed up the Obama Doctrine, look at what the president's team perpetrated last week in Honduras.

Assistant Secretary of State Thomas Shannon and Dan Restrepo, the National Security Council's senior director for Western Hemisphere affairs, visited the Honduran capital in Tegucigalpa on Wednesday to compel the country's recalcitrant democrats to make a deal with the man the latter had lawfully removed from the presidency on June 28.

It remains to be seen whether, pursuant to this deal, former President Manuel Zelaya will be restored to power, as he contends he should be. What is already unmistakable, though, is that it is better to be a foe of America than its friend.

I read elsewhere that the Honduran Congress was going to meet Tuesday (today) to debate this issue. I am hoping that someone closer to the situation can provide more details of what is going on.

Obama's supporters also include DOMESTIC interests that want to destroy America. The destruction of the USA has been the primary aim of the liberal since the 30s.

I fear it's only a matter of time till the military has to step in to keep the peace and restore the constitution. If that happens, I hope we resist the urge to hold new elections and restore "normalcy" too quickly. Clearing out the traitors in DC will get us only so far. We'll also have give serious attention to the anti-American elements embedded in academia, the media, Hollywood, the public schools, etc. What good would it be to restore the Constitution, but leave the traitor infrastructure in place to work against it as soon as civilian rule comes back?

All that is why real patriots have to start discussing robust, muscular solutions to the problem of the left-wing traitors that have been allowed to worm into every sector of society. This is war and needs to be treated that way. The left are not just well-meaning people we happen to disagree with. They are -- literally -- the enemy in a very real war. We need to treat them appropriately.
