In court papers filed Tuesday, Muhammad's attorneys say the execution should be put off while the court considers whether his trial lawyer was ineffective.

Tell him there’s a 30-day period with a “chance” he won’t be executed, then give him 5 minutes’ notice just before it happens. Just enough time to watch him soil himself.

We are not here to administer mercy, only God the Father and His Son can do that. We here on earth can only try to administer justice for the victims. That is our duty. Mercy is out of our hands.

Both lawyers can't be winners at the same time. Where did this expectation come from that "my lawyer will win or my lawyer was ineffective?"
