I have some Muslim friends- not all Muslims despise Western Civilization. Yes, some of them are obviously batsh1t crazy, but I’d definitely take the average Muslim over the typical “Say No to Prop 8” gay protester as a neighbor, employee, employer, friend, etc.

The Muslim, though misguided, worships an omnipotent God who created the world. The gay activist worships homosexuality, from which nothing good can come (no pun intended).

The values of the Muslim and traditional American values correlate more than traditional American values and the “homosexuality is good for all” mentality.

The Muslim is anti-abortion. The Muslim is anti-sodomy. The Muslim is pro-God. The Muslim is pro-nuclear family. Can’t say the same things about most gay marriage activists.

There are many things wrong with your statements on Islam. I’ve worked with a few Muslims and they were nice people too. That’s all well and good but does not address the overarching issue that mohammedanism is an oppressive nihilistic misogynist cult whose few “good points” can be discarded for their hypocrisy.

A bit off topic, but yet, how does your quote apply to ethnic food markets? “By applying for your business license, you are making your property ‘Public’ and must abide by those rules; as the ‘Public’ is paying for the administration of inspection (food inspectors, health inspectors, building inspectors, ADA Inspectors and the assorted safety inspectors) that constantly monitor public businesses to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.”

I’ve been to China Town in San Fran where there appears to be a suspension of most expected food and health standards. Especially when you view barrels of dried up or raw food with random customers poking their hands in and pulling their selections out for purchase. And there are various inverted animal species dangling open in the breezes unrefrigerated (think nats or flies) and available for purchase. And the same folks handling food will handle the monetary transactions. Does the county or city health and food inspectors just give them a free multi-cultural pass?

I suspect graft. No one gets a 'free pass', the health inspector inspects every registered resturant. Now, if a street vendor sells food; and moves around thus avoiding a ticket - that's something for the authorities.

I would suggest (for what little good it may actually do) that you call the health inspector, or take a cell picture and send that to the health inspector. If I were a resturant owner and I was held to a standard that costs me tens of thousands of dollars a year to maintain; I'd be pretty upset of someone else were allowed to bypass the laws I have to abide by.
