Olbermann And Hannity Hung Out Together At World Series Last Night
Mediaite ^ | 11/5/09 | Steve Krakauer

Posted on 11/05/2009 6:33:42 AM PST by careyb

Let’s get the facts out of the way first – Keith Olbermann went to see Game 6 of the World Series, watching the Yankees close it out, instead of hosting his 8pmET MSNBC show Countdown last night – the day after the first elections of the Obama administration. We know this because he wrote all about it on his MLB blog. There’s photo evidence he was hanging out…with a Fox News host!

Now that the facts are settled – does this make any sense?

You like Hannity? He is a brainless RNC hack. Yes, I know he has followers that love his Bush/McCain talking points. They are not very bright either. He is a phony!

He cant even win a mini-debate with Micheal Moore on his show.

Well, James Carville married Mary Matalin.
Ronald Reagan used to invite Tip O-Neill over for dinner at the White House.

If people can disagree about politics but have a congenial conversation about something else, I would say that’s not a bad thing.

Reminds me of a story by Frank Gifford (I think), where he turned around during a Monday Night Football game and saw Ronald Reagan in the booth, with his arm around John Lenon’s shoulder, explaining the game.

He said it looked like a “father-son” moment.
Imagine.

I don’t doubt it- Hannity has show himself to be extremely civilized to his political opponents and even is friendly with them - agreeing to disagree whenre necessary and not discuss politics when they cannot do so amicably.

He seems to be good friends with Bob Beckel and they just agree not to talk politics some times so that they avoid fistfights... (I heard him say this)

This is unlike many democraps who demonize, and are willing to violently attack, anyone who disagrees with their thinking.

I had a good good 20 year friend (we never discussed politics) and the first time I told her I listened to Rush, suddenly I was evil and not worthy of friendship. This is a person who I help MOVE, and drove to the hospital when her mother died and her car broke down, and babysat her children

Liberalism IS A MENTAL DISORDER (geez just LOOK at Pelosi and you can see it in that manic look!)

How do you think Hannity lost the ‘mini-debate’ with Mnichael Moore? Moore made NO salient points, and when confronted with any facts just blusters through them with “why do you hate old people?” or other inane questions (Like “would you sacrifice your son to save Faluja?”)

His debate tactic is to turn the tables with a question so inane you are forced to respond to IDIOCY

Hannity is a continuous talking point of an audio loop. Every stream of words is an exercise in how many different items I can squeeze into a statement or a question. I just find myself yelling for Sean to stop repeating himself during the show.

RE :” How do you think Hannity lost the ‘mini-debate’ with Mnichael Moore?

Not a complement to Moore, a reflection on Hannity.

Did you see the part where Moore's brought up his standard “ Jesus was a socialist ” point? Moore uses his ‘Jesus’ point all the time to rip republicans on not supporting socialism.

I think Moore asked “ Didnt Jesus condemn the rich? ” . Instead of asking Moore “ When did Jesus call for Rome to increase taxes on Samaritans to pay for Christians? ”, Instead of pressing him on the morality of involitary redistribution (forced ) versus voluntary generosity, Hannity...

says he “I give a lot of money to charity. ”. What??? Who cares?/

Did the government take the forbidden fruit off the tree of knowledge and give it Adam?? Did Eve work for social security? Jeeze! Charity?? That's the best from Hannity?

I did not watch Hannity/Moore debate. I heard Hannity’s defense of the faith was dismal. I am also disgusted by libs twisting the gospel to fit their antichrist agenda. I was not defending Hannity, merely pointing out that he is not a Republican.

RE :”Why the Righteous hate on Hannity? He’s not the sharpest blade in the drawer but he is certainly more credible than Oberman, O’Donnell, Matthews and that Lesbo Guy.”

More credible? Because we want to believe what he says? I am way past that.

Because those MSNBC guys dont get on their shows every day and say “I represent conservatives. I represent small government” like Hannity does. Hannity supported GM bailout because he has a contract with GM. He was a GWB and McCain butt kisser and now a Steele butt kisser.

Those MSNBC progressives give us insight into what libs are really planning (calling for the democrat civil war.) It is burried in Democrat talking points , but there. And sometimes they score real hits like the past few years. Good to know that too.

And Hannity gives his canned talking points. You ever see his buddy Elizabeth from the View? She tries to repeat his canned nonsense and gets confused because she really doesnt understand them and starts crying on the show. She Reminds me of his radio callers.

You must have missed O’Donnell’s trashing of Sarah Palin by putting the putrid Michael Musto in drag with a fight wig and glasses as he gives the obscenity-laced “lost speech” Sarah wanted to give on election night. MSNBC should lose their license except cable stations don’t have licenses.

I save my vilification for the Leftists who are doing real damage to the country, not the patriots trying to help.
