• 'FREE' Head Lice Services (I'm series)
• 'FREE Pregnancy Testing (go to CVS and spend the $2.00)
• 'FREE' Spring Clean-up (charge a Fee for Big Items)
• 'FREE' Childhood Blood Lead Level Testing (go to a Dr)
• Child Support ATM's (costs money for these)
• Mother/Son Dance
• National Weather Service Winter Weather Awareness Week
  (Hint -- Winter Is Coming)

And not to get too radical but is "Balloon Fest" really necessary?
