Carly Fiorina, the former Hewlett-Packard CEO-turned-McCain campaign advisor and surrogate, announced on Thursday the endorsements of eight Republican Senators, including conservative stalwart Senator Tom Coburn.
Our nation is facing serious economic challengers because we keep rehiring the same failed career politicians who have proven themselves incapable of making hard choices, read Coburns statement. Carlys common sense and fiscal conservatism will be a welcome addition to the United States Senate. I am glad to offer her my endorsement.
Todays announcement by Fiorina, who only formally announced her bid for Senate on Wednesday, comes on the heels of Senator Jim Demints endorsement of Fiorinas Republican primary opponent, Assemblyman Chuck DeVore.
In addition to Coburn, Senators Susan Collins, Lindsey Graham, Jon Kyl, John McCain, Mitch McConnell, Lisa Murkowski, and Olympia Snowe endorsed the former Silicon Valley executive.

A herd of RINO’s supporting a RINO, go figure.
I like Carly Fiorina. The political environment is such that someone who is a hardline conservative could not be elected in California. Maybe 20 years ago, but not today.
The idea that anyone is going to abolish abortion in California is a pipe dream.
With that kind of track record, I'm more likely to take advice from Jeff Sessions or Jim DeMint.
I wish these people would but out on local primary fights, whether or not they’re taking sides with a RINO or conservative.
The RINOs are all lining up behind the RINO against the conservative.
NY 23 was just the undercard with two fairly bad candidates (Hoff and Dede).
Now it’s time for THE MAIN EVENT.
We now have 2 pretty good candidates from each camp. I’m going with Fiorina. Many will go with Devore.
But at least we have a primary. Let’s shake hands, come out fighting and may the best candidate win.
Just what we need. Another McCain butt kisser in the senate. I bet this really makes Lindy jealous as hell!
By the way, McCain, do you wonder what relation the Ft. Hood soldier is to your friend in the white house?
Coburn probably knows something we don’t. I have a hard time seeing him as a RINO - although I also have a hard time seeing him back a pro-abort.
I like Carly Fiorina Doug Hoffman. The political environment is such that someone who is a hardline conservative could not be elected in California New York. Maybe 20 years ago, but not today.
No, Hoffman wasn't elected, but the non-Dim vote in NY-23 exceeded 50%. Looks like much the same scenario being set up in Cal, with a true conservative (DeVore) being challenged by a RINO.
Just sayin'...
Carly Fiorina is pro-abortion and would never get my vote for any position of public trust. Fiorina is despicable and needs to join the Democratic Party.
Carly Fiorina admires Islam.

Agree with everything you wrote.
'NEWTer' the RINO's!
LLS
I welcome ANY republican who can beat the witch Barbara Boxer.
However I want to see the nominee selected via a primary in CA and any where else.
We could have avoided the defeat of conservative Doug Hoffman if the selection was made by republican voters in a primary.
Are you OK with another senate term of 6 years for Boxer?
Something similar was done when Crist announced for the Senate to fill Martinez seat in Florida. The RSCC barely gave Crist time to complete his announcement before they endorsed him. Problem is, there is another Republican in Florida with Senatorial ambitions. Apparently, the RSCC is totally ignorant of local state issues and also believes the local state voters are too stupid to make a choice. We will have a primary in Florida and either Crist or Rubio will be the Republican nominee. Untl then, the RNC needs to stay out of the mix. This goes for elections in every state.
The story is that the RNSC doesn’t believe that Fiorina can beat Boxer. I guess they want her to have a vanity candidacy so she’ll raise more funds in the future. If we’re going to lose, why not run a conservative like Devore?
Michael? Michael Steele, is that you?
Coburn was one of the first turds to endorse McLame. Screw him and screw Carly.
An endorsement from McLame is proof enough that she is a loser.
Devore or nothing!
Okay, I nominate DeDe Scozzofava.
Okay, if you prefer a GOP Senate roster of Snowes, Collins’s, McLames, Graham-nestys. How does that improve on what we have now?
Forgot the “/sarc”
Screw Boxer and Fiorina. How's that?
What are you talking about. I just heard her interviewed by Hugh Hewitt last night and she said she was Pro-Life
You cant last for long as a species if you are feasting on your own. Theres no ambiguity in that.
You and your kind are destined to oblivion.
No nominations without a primary.....did you catch that in my post? Or do you always make a habit of quoting out of context?
Coburn?!!! This is like a game of “Which one of these is not like the other ones?”!!!
They are all far better than Obama, Boxer, Pelosi, Reid,
and the 44 czars hired by Obama who are all socialists on record. Not to mention Sotomayor and future LIFE TIME appointees to SCOTUS.
You can’t go from a handicap 24 to handicap 0 in one fell swoop. You gotta win battles before you can win any war.
Dr. Coburn has jumped the shark.
Buh-bye, Tom. I once had great hopes for you.

You're definitely on the wrong political forum.
Carly is what I call a lucky idiot*.
She destroyed Lucent. After that the guys at HP lost their minds and hired her. And she promptly set about screwing up HP. Fortunately, she didn’t have enough time at HP to take it down to the same level as Lucent.
Next she pops up as an adviser to McCain. And we all know what happened there.
Now she wants to be a US Senator. I say it’s time for us to end her lucky streak. She will be a disaster in the senate.
* nobama is another lucky idiot.
Have a look at the pretexting scandal.
Given her record as CEO of Hewlett Packard the Republicans might better find another candidate.
No, they’re not. When the leftists who call themselves Republicans govern, it’s the conservatives who take the blame. Let America choose between ideologies, and see the havoc and destruction the Left does.
That's spelled "ethically challenged RINO".
Do you support any exception in abortions?
How about if your daughter gets raped and becomes pregnent
by a criminal with AIDS. Would you force her to go through the entire pregnency?
Oh but Carly is the only one who can win!!!! We have to support her!!!!! /s
<p<Once again, the conservative is being ignored.
Fiorina's ethics are unquestioned.
But at least we have a primary. Lets shake hands, come out fighting and may the best candidate win.
You'll have to waterboard me to get me to vote for someone as lousy as Fiorina. She is as bad as Boxer.
Fiorina is as evil as Boxer. They do belong together in the same party.
All of the Fiorina supporters out there need to do a bit of reading. Google on the search string "Fiorina pretexting".
Sorry, but that's the same old song I've been hearing from the RNC for years. Time to change the channel.
On this forum, you’re on the wrong end of this argument.
Humans are rational and moral creatures. We have a soul. Abortion can only be justified for self preservation, as an act of self defense. Sorry, rape and incest aren’t good reasons to kill an unborn child.
Great idea with which I wholeheartedly agree. So I’ll let you email Dr. Coburn, McCain, Graham-nesty, and the other Fiorina supporters to let them know how you and I feel. Perhaps they’ll withdraw their support, Sen. Demint will withdraw his support of DeVore, and we’ll all live happily ever after. Once all the other NON-Californians remove themselves I’ll gladly STFU.
