Hasan Was ‘Mortified’ About Deployment to War (NY Slimes Begins the Whitewash)
New York Times ^ | Nov 5, 2009 | James Dao

WASHINGTON — Born and reared in Virginia, the son of immigrant parents from a small town near Jerusalem, he joined the Army right out of high school, against his parents’ wishes. The Army, in turn, put him through college and then medical school, where he trained to be a psychiatrist.

But Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, the 39-year-old man accused of Thursday’s mass shooting at Fort Hood, Tex., started having second thoughts about his military career a few years ago after other soldiers harassed him for being a Muslim, he told relatives in Virginia.

The Associated Press, quoted federal law enforcement officials saying Major Hasan had come to their attention at least six months ago because of Internet postings that mentioned suicide bombings and other threats.

But Nader Hasan, 40, a lawyer living in Northern Virginia, described his cousin as a respectful, hard-working man who had devoted himself to his parents and his career.

He said his cousin had been a practicing Muslim who had become more devout after the deaths of his parents, in 1998 and 2001. But he said he had not expressed anti-American views or radical ideas.

His cousin is a jihadist pig coward who knew these soldiers were unarmed which is exactly why he chose this place at this time.

So instead of turning his gun on himself, he shoots innocent solders who have nothing to do with his deployment.

Hassan was a LIB who was po’d that he had to ACTUALLY go to war after the Army paid for his medical education and had expected Obozo to quickly end the war.

LIBS are ALWAYS “victims” and the slimes will happily help round out this story!

>> “He was mortified by the idea of having to deploy,” Mr. Hasan said. “He had people telling him on a daily basis the horrors they saw over there.”

Uh huh. So as a consequence of this mortification, he SHOT forty-three people. Right.

I pray the families of the dead victims of this evil slaughter will fire back with harsh words at the NY Times for their blatant attempt at making the shooter/murderer a “victim”.

Granted, the military dropped the ball in dismissing this guy’s disturbed psychosis. Plenty of people heard him make outlandish anti-American comments regarding the war. There should be no place in our military where our soldiers should have to put up with anyone’s anti-war rhetoric.

Well being “mortified” and “harassed” always justifies gunning down at least 40 unarmed innocents. The New Jihad Times is never wrong.

Hey NYTimes COMMIES, here’s what Winston Churchill has to say about the ONLY RELIGION YOU LIKE:

“How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries!

Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy.

The effects are apparent in many countries. Improvident habits, slovenly systems of agriculture, sluggish methods of commerce, and insecurity of property exist wherever the followers of the Prophet rule or live.

A degraded sensualism deprives this life of its grace and refinement; the next of its dignity and sanctity. The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men.

Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities, but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it.

No stronger retrograde force exists in the world. Far from being moribund, Mohammedanism is a militant and proselytizing faith. It has already spread throughout Central Africa, raising fearless warriors at every step; and were it not that Christianity is sheltered in the strong arms of science, the science against which it had vainly struggled, the civilization of modern Europe might fall, as fell the civilization of ancient Rome.”

— Sir Winston Churchill (The River War, first edition, Vol. II, pages 248-50 [London: Longmans, Green & Co., 1899]).

Don’t join the effing army if you don’t want to go to war. The guy is a jihadist mass murderer, I can’t believe the media in this country.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

And that is such BS.

As a former junior EM, NCO and officer...I can assure you that it’s extremely unlikely that a MAJOR(!) was being teased in a petty schoolyard manner.

And, if this person (since the words “officer” and “soldier” would be cheapened if I referred to him that way) couldn’t handle a bit of razzing, then WTF was he doing in uniform?

after other soldiers harassed him for being a Muslim

Proven to be a damn lie! He made the comment about being a Muslim and should stand up against the infidels when the Little Rock, AR shooting happened! Col. Terry Lee worked with him and said that is what he told him.

He also made a comment about Obama pulling troops out and things would settle down.

The media is despicable.

Like to clarify that I didn’t think YOU were full of BS...just that the idea that he was being harassed resulted in this is BS.

So how is it that the feds knew about this guy and yet he continued to have clearance to secure locations? Why wasn't he brought up on charges or drummed out of the service? Political correctness run amuck.
