I love Glenn Beck but will readily admit the bit was funny. That is what comedy is about. The fact that he could do a bit like that indicates how popular and known Beck is becoming. We need to be careful and not over react just because it was one of ours who was the target.
when you can’t create any of your own content you steal from others. John Stewart is a hack. The pinnacle of his career is his lowly watched show who is watched by people who only get their news from him. Let him do his shtick while the rest of us work to dismantle the crap that he and his arrogant piece of crap dem libs put into the White House.

I am so sick of John Stewart and Stephen Colbert. At one time, their shows were funny, but the “humor” has since become very political and very one-sided. It’s like free advertising for the DNC.
Didn’t watch the vid, but I gotta say, don’t get all hyped up and sensitive over this stuff.
Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, even if it is meant to be satire, you have hit the bigtime (or hit a nerve) when this stuff happens.

Who on earth is Stewart’s audience? At some point you would think they would grow up and realize this guy is a comedian making millions off them.
Which makes him fun to watch. If Beck weren’t so much fun to watch, little Jon Stewrat would ignore him. This will merely boost Beck’s viewership and popularity. A lot of new viewers will tune in to Beck to laugh at him and say to themselves, “Hm. He’s actually making some good points.”

Sadly, many idiots get their “news” from this man - he’s on Comedy Central and hated President Bush, mocked him but once in awhile he actually needs a ratings boost and mocks his dearest love, Bambi.... but apparently Beck is an easier target.

I must confess that when I saw the video I recognised him from other posts here.
I watched the first minute. He was mocking Beck, but he was, more significantly using a “medicine” analogy to mock people who think the framers may have had more wisdom than Pelosi, et al.
I don’t get mad about this stuff any more. I take the Nero position: A fiddle, a gallon of gas and a book of matches.

This morning I had left my radio set to 770WABC, which is the channel that I listen to Rush, Hannity and Levin on my way home from work. Anyways, Don Imus had a caller on the line when I got in my car today asking him if he was in the same building as Glenn Beck and if there was security. And they laughed and laughed like making threats against him was funny.

Stewart’s been sniping at Fox for some time now, and using their own words against them time and time again. His jihad seems as real as Olbermann’s, but Stewart’s has more humor in it.
