Since there was no clue on the website, I had to call. No screwing around and calling the locals here. I called DC.
She said he is voting NO on Pelosicare, for sure. I asked her if there is ANY chance in a million that I'm going to wake up Saturday and find out he changed his mind and she said NO.
We'll see. I told them I'll be watching.
good intel - thanks
Good! We must wear them down one at a time!
Jerry McNerney is in CA-11, which Pelosi can see from her back yard. Furthermore, the district to the north, the CA-10, just elected John Garamendi who ran on a platform of passing Pelosi's bill.

Go Blue Dog! Go!
Great! Keep him “honest”!!!
I told my “undecided” congressman that I’ll be watching him and if he votes for this idiocy, I’ll be actively campaigning against him and to expect a pink slip.
The girl I spoke with said he is definately against Cap and Tax.
I hear Sen McCain has said the blue dogs “often bark but rarely bite.” He might be right about that one. I would not be surprised if countless “moderates” cave in and go with their extremist leadership.
Just make sure you check the record after the vote.
His staff 'droid stated that he hadn't yet made up his mind about whether or not to vote for the bill (supposedly he's still carefully studying some of the amendments to the bill - but that's clearly just a way to weasel out of taking a stand until he's certain of which way the wind is blowing - "studying the amendments" when the bill itself is such a foul thing makes as much sense as (pardon the vulgarity) studying an embedded kernel of corn while trying to decide whether or not to eat some dog crap)...
I told the 'droid that the bill was an abomination, and the 'droid just sounded weary and somewhat dejected - with any luck that means that his office is getting reamed a new one by the voters in the district...
Sadly, my state (Oregon) has only one cogresscritter that will vote against this. Greg Walden. Good man.
The others are Rats who are on the record as supporting a public option:
David Wu (my congresscritter)
Earl Blumenauer
Kurt Schrader
Peter DeFazio
What is ironic is that Peter DeFazio has a national debt ticker on his web site:
I wonder if he realizes that his voting for the pile of dung will cause that clock to speed up considerably.
I’m glad that you mentioned you’d be watching. They really can’t be trusted.
My commie non-representative is voting yes, I threatened to run against him next year.
It was announced on Oklahoma radio this afternoon that Cong Dan Boren (D-OK 2nd) was voting NO with the rest of our GOP delegation which was no shock. He voted no on cap and trade as well.
Thankfully MY rep. Frank Lucas is a reliable NO vote as well as my senators Jim Inhofe and Tom Coburn.
I have called several offices and been told since I didn’t live there it was not my business. I explained that it was my money and therefore my business. I let each office know that I would note who voted for Pelosi-care and would use my checkbook and any money I could get from others to fund whoever ran against them. If they are close enough I let them know I would arrive to knock on doors.
go to Zillow, and find one of those foreclosed homes that is in their district.
THEN call them back (address in hand) and ask the question, giving that as your home address. heh
;)
If they cave in, some of them will be fired.
Finally got through to the office of Rep. Stephanie Herseth Sandlin (SD), Blue Dog Co-Chair for Administration, before I could get my speech more than started, her aide said “she is voting against it anyway”.
