Oh yes, they’re spinning it like mad, all right. The cousin told Drama Queen Shep yesterday that Hasan believed that Obama would be bringing all the troops home so he thought things would get better and he wouldn’t have to deploy. Well, then pulling out the troops didn’t happen.

Well, it IS a lot quicker than “the talking cure” ... :))

Kind of like the policeman getting a cat out of a tree by shooting it!

The perfect scenario to film would be a guy in Arab garb going into an Army recruiting office. At some point, he will roll out his mat and bow toward Mecca. The possibilities are endless. At the end, lets see if he gets signed up.

The state media seems to be circling around the meme that the terrorist was driven to this act due to the horrors he saw his patients endure due to Bush’s war. This line is being repeated all over the place in the state media.

He is a muslim terrorist, they need to face the facts.

They are suffering from a mental disorder as we well know, and this disorder often prevents them from accurately assessing reality.

Liberals go through life wearing ideological blinders. The idea that a Muslim psychiatrist would be motivated to kill innocent people for religious reasons is not possible. There MUST be some other explanation. He obviously was overwhelmed with compassion, and he killed those Muslim hating soldiers waiting to see the doctor out of love. It was the Army's fault. It was Bush's fault. It was the fault of mean people picking on him. Those bad soldiers got what they deserved when Hasan opened fire. It was not poor Hasan’s fault. He is the innocent victim.
Now you know how life looks through the eyeglasses of a liberal.

right away this Govt said it was not a terrorism and now they say lets not jump to anything.

I heard an announcement come over the radio while the story was first developing, that per the FBI, "this was not an act of terrorism."

Not 60 seconds later, it was reported that FBI agents were just then en route to Ft. Hood. They weren't even on scene when someone in a position of authority decided to have that statement broadcast.

You've got to wonder if people at the FBI heard this announcement and wondered, "WTF?"

Remember the people in the shopping mall who imagined the kid yelling Allahu Akbar before opening fire?

Perhaps soldiers in the mayhem of the moment only imagined Hasan said "Allahu Akbar." FBI investigators aren't sure Hasan really did say those words before he started shooting.

Now how the F would NPR know better than the soldiers that were there? Why does America's propaganda machine think it has to work overtime to shield these people? Why must we pay these NPR jerks to propagandize us?

As a matter of fact, that does sound suspiciously like "I Love NPR!"

Hasan's thoughts on the subject in his own words:
NidalHasan scribbled: There was a grenade thrown amongs a group of American soldiers. One of the soldiers, feeling that it was to late for everyone to flee jumped on the grave with the intention of saving his comrades. Indeed he saved them. He inentionally took his life (suicide) for a noble cause i.e. saving the lives of his soldier. To say that this soldier committed suicide is inappropriate. Its more appropriate to say he is a brave hero that sacrificed his life for a more noble cause. Scholars have paralled this to suicide bombers whose intention, by sacrificing their lives, is to help save Muslims by killing enemy soldiers. If one suicide bomber can kill 100 enemy soldiers because they were caught off guard that would be considered a strategic victory. Their intention is not to die because of some despair. The same can be said for the Kamikazees in Japan. They died (via crashing their planes into ships) to kill the enemies for the homeland. You can call them crazy i you want but their act was not one of suicide that is despised by Islam. So the scholars main point is that "IT SEEMS AS THOUGH YOUR INTENTION IS THE MAIN ISSUE" and Allah (SWT) knows best.
