I'm not comparing them. My point is our entire government has been far too deferential to Islam, including the FBI and the military. It's been that way since 9/11. Actually, we were more realistic about Islam in the years prior to 9/11 when we called it Islamic fundamentalism, and dealt with it mostly overseas. Once they struck here, PCness and the presence of Muslims in the country caused them all to go gah gah and really get into the mutli-culti, Islam means peace, diversity is our strength nonsense.
Plus, the Saudis have really bought their way into our government's decision making process. I don't know how many former members of Congress and staffers and former WH personnel now receive various types of payments from the Saudis. But, for many, the most desired career path is years in government followed by years of Saudi money.

Yep, lots of Americans have been cozying up to Muslims for a lot of different reasons. Not sure any of it is in the best interest of the nation and Americans in general.

Well, it's still almost 80 degrees here daily. Our pecans (most of the trees you see) are getting bare. The oaks won't lose all of their leaves until sometime in January, probably. They aren't bare too many weeks before they come out again. We really have two seasons here ... hotter than hades half the year and slightly cooler the other half. LOL.
