Obama's Frightening Insensitivity Following Shooting
A bad week for Democrats compounded by an awful moment for Barack Obama.
President Obama didn't wait long after Tuesday's devastating elections to give critics another reason to question his leadership, but this time the subject matter was more grim than a pair of governorships.

After news broke out of the shooting at the Fort Hood Army post in Texas, the nation watched in horror as the toll of dead and injured climbed. The White House was notified immediately and by late afternoon, word went out that the president would speak about the incident prior to a previously scheduled appearance. At about 5 p.m., cable stations went to the president. The situation called for not only his trademark eloquence, but also grace and perspective.
But instead of a somber chief executive offering reassuring words and expressions of sympathy and compassion, viewers saw a wildly disconnected and inappropriately light president making introductory remarks. At the event, a Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian affairs, the president thanked various staffers and offered a "shout-out" to "Dr. Joe Medicine Crow -- that Congressional Medal of Honor winner." Three minutes in, the president spoke about the shooting, in measured and appropriate terms. Who is advising him?
Anyone at home aware of the major news story of the previous hours had to have been stunned.

I think people continue to ask ‘who is advising him?’ because they can’t accept that THIS is who Obama really is. I believe that he is profoundly damaged - a severe pathological narcissist. He is not capable of true human emotion, compassion, remorse etc. (this where I feel sorry for those cute little girls of his) Many of us could plainly see that his behavior behind the podium is purely groomed for consumption - initially I could not tell WHAT he was but I could tell that he was presenting a 100% fabricated image of himself and that alarmed me because many sharks just hide the dorsal fin and the toothy smile, they let you see other parts of themselves. But Obama, or his ‘advisors’, realized that he would never be elected if the public glimpsed the face behind the mask.
But Obama could not keep acting human perpetually. The mask is harder for him to don (i.e., he is becoming resentful of the need for him to pretend to care etc., it makes him feel controlled and he envisions himself the controller of the world) and more people are seeing him but they don’t want to believe it’s him. He surrounded himself with defective staff members but the real problem is that none of them can control him - he is what he is.

As soon as he get finished with more pressing items, golf, vacations, nose candy, an lines up all the TV stations, News Papers, everyone who has a camera he’ll make a grand entrance give a speech about everything that centers around HIM and at the last minute make some minor remark about how dismayed he is about this shooting and not to jump to any opinion about blame until all the facts are examined.

It's impossible to overemphasize the importance of a narcissist's lack of empathy. It colors everything about them. If anything encroaches upon their "specialness", their first reaction is usually quite nasty. The second is an automatic attempt to seize the first opportunity to get the focus back on themselves.
They will create any and all manner of inappropriate behavior. Since they have no inner life, nothing embarrasses them and nothing gives them a sense of guilt.
They reason that no one matters and no one has any value, but themselves. Others exist to be of use to them and for no other purpose than to serve their existence. That's why they often are disconnected to others in conversation, responding in strange ways to simple questions. You don't matter. You don't exist unless it serves the narcissist's purpose.
Most have a high I.Q. and are quick thinkers since they must correct any problems immediately when they threaten their status. They live lives devoid of past relationships. Who sticks around after getting to "know" them?

Anyone seen all those photos of 'his royal impotence' just sitting with his eyes closed and that smirk on his face? Or maybe it's just my opinion.

As for Barry Soetero, I’d say you are right on. If he is resentful of having to constantly put on Academy Award-winning acting jobs, what is the next step?
So what is the end game for these pretenders? At what point does everything devolve into rubble? Can we expect him to turn back to previous behaviors, such as illicit drug use? How desperate do they become? Also, are they really incapable of love, including their own offspring?
However, we Texans (upon our governor's orders) had lowered our State flags almost immediately...
