Jeffrey Denounces Pelosi-care

GREENVILLE/SPARTANBURG, SC -- Christina Jeffrey, Republican candidate for Congress in South Carolina’s 4th Congressional District (Greenville/Spartanburg), today thanked the Republican delegation for voting against the Health Care Bill which passed the House with 119 Democrats voting “yes” while 39 brave Democrats defied the Speaker and voted “no”. 176 Republicans voted “no” and one voted “yes”.

Dr. Jeffrey observed that:

“The bill passed last night will cause the typical family of 4 with $105,000 per year in income will spend 20% of its pre-tax income on medical care. An individual making $44,000 per year will spend over 17% on health care. There are serious penalties in the the bill for not buying health insurance but these do not apply to illegal immigrants. Legal immigrants will have to pay. This is just one more incentive to come to the United States illegally.

“There are huge Constitutional questions raised by this bill. The most fundamental is this one: where in the Constitution does Congress get the authority to make us buy anything? Every member takes an oath to uphold the Constitution, not punt all hard questions over to the Supreme Court. When members of the House votes for a bill knowing there is no authority in the Constitution that permits passage, they violate their oath. In 2010, we should fire them and replace them with honest men and women who will not betray our Constitution and our freedom.

Christina Jeffrey announced her candidacy earlier this year. She is committed to restoring respect for the United States Constitution, decentralized government, states’ rights, and individual liberty. For more information, see www.JeffreyforCongress.com.

Thats right and it works as a slogan, call these red commie sons of bitches "Oath Violators" and call them that frequently and at the drop of a hat.

Tired of these communists with their sloganeering and PR propaganda, the least the incompetents at the RNC could do is come back with a retort to "The Party of No"; "Oath Violators" works great.

Find conservative candidates immediately and start their campaigns now and notify these incumbent gutter rats they’re TOAST. Start by visiting their offices hourly and notifying them in person that they’re through based on the crime of treason against We The People.

These traitors declared war against the American people and against our Constitution. In other words, they committed tyranny against their country. They disgraced this nation and our forefathers.

The words I would use to describe them would be banned.

However, I guess in an urban area with two adults working as professionals or in highly skilled trades or whatever, it wouldn’t be that unusual.

The war on the present is usually a war on facts. Facts are the toys of men who live and die at leisure. They who are engrossed in the rapid realization of an extravagant hope tend to view facts as something base and unclean. Facts are counter-revolutionary.

Has been my question exactly! Just where are the so-called Republicans on this? I would have expected several threats during this process that they would take it to the Supreme Court immediately if passed. Yes, it has not passed the Senate yet, but the threat should have been there many months ago!

If our Representatives in Congress can’t take this to the Courts - who can?

Hubby and I make good money. We live in California where it costs alot to live. We currently pay over 10k a yr for insurance premiums. This bill will almost double our premiums.
I was at the pharmacy today and the gal said...sorry but your insurance doesn’t pay for this drug but you know if this new healthcare bill passes it will.
I went ballistic on her, told her the truth about the new bill and how it will affect most people. She didn’t believe me and told me to double check my research. She said she is an immigrant (black) and just loves this country so much, etc., etc.
I told her her first mistake was believing anything Pelosi or Obama says and that as an immigrant she should have learned something about the Constitution and should know that healthcare is nowhere in it.
She shut up real quick rofl.

I'm surprised to see Marcy Kaptur's (Toledo, Ohio) name here. Back in the '90's, she was very out-spoken against the Federal Reserve. Henry Gonzalez, now deceased (San Antonio, TX), was House Banking Committee Chairman, then, wanted to audit the Fed.

Maxine Waters is Rep. in Inglewood? Last I recall, she was Compton - So. Central L.A.

Good for you! I love it when people tell it like it is.

I just had a go-round with our local hospital's new corporate staff (in-home nursing and a case manager) last Monday. They wanted to tell me where I would go when my doctor discharged me - that I had 3 options. I said, "Yes, and one of them is to opt out, which I'm doing. Get out of my room!"

They deceive patients into believing that a person has no choice in choosing which in-home nursing care they prefer. I wouldn't let them attend to my dog - that's how bad their nurses are.

So, watch out for the big corporate holding company hospital take-overs.

The real evil in this is not - as howlingly bad as it is - the deficiencies of government Health Control.

The game ender to this is if they can make it stick, they will legislate anything they pull out of their backsides.

Given the way the courts are utterly non responsive to the citizenship requirement for POTUS, I think that we are approaching the point where we must choose between slavery and revolution, as the Constitution will have been set aside.

That's it. They know no further limitations on their power.

In terms of the hope of turning back the tide, the only thing we have left is the habit of liberty in hearts of the American people. That is still alive, but dwindling in far too many quarters.
