They will not strip it, they will loop hole it into meaningless dribble.

If they do, it won't get passed the anti-abortion people.

Pelosi is dealing with only a 2 vote win.

If the amendment stays in, then even if 5 of the pro-abortion people refuse to vote for the Bill, she will lose.

That amendment is a poison pill.
