Quietly slipping through the legislative process, at least until lately, is the latest incarnation of the Immigration Reform Bill

Health care fascism.
Cap and tax fascism.
US citizens will be subject to gun laws created by foreign governments fascism.

The linked article may be relying on previous versions, but if he has the text of a current version I’d certainly like to see it.
