(IsraelNN.com) A top State Department official spelled out on Tuesday that the goal of the United States in its negotiations in the Middle East is to pressure Israel into expelling Jews from Judea and Samaria in order to "end the occupation that began in 1967."
William J. Burns, Under Secretary for Political Affairs, said in his address to the Middle East Institute Tuesday that he sees the U.S.mandate as one of "determined leadership" and that American must be straightforward about its intentions.

Yeah, really impressive. The 'Palestinians' and Arafat were supposed to start building those institutions in the early '90s per the Oslo accords. In fact, some Muslims became alarmed that the 'Palestinians' might actually intend to work toward peace with Israel. But Arafat reassured a group of South African Muslims that there was no reason to worry, that Oslo would be like the Treaty of Hubaidiya, where Mohammed made a treaty with the citizens of Mecca, but returned only two years later with an army of 10,000 and conquered the city.
So, here we go again with Obama pressuring Israel to enter into more negotiations with people haven't lived up to their agreements in the past and have no intention of doing so now or later. It's all a long term strategy to destroy Israel.

Now I realize that people are people, but look at the cumulative products of the "Palestinian people" so far. Have they advanced science? Culture? Have they promoted peace? What exactly have they produced or given us other than crude homemade rockets and exploding martyrs? I'm sorry, but when I think of the Palestinians "enriching" the lands of Judea and Samaria, I think of the Gaza greenhouses. I think of lands stripped bare and made into bitter, never-satisfied launching areas.
And the matter of a "contiguous" Palestinian state...look at a map and connect Gaza with the West Bank. What happens to Israel? Oops, too bad.
