Its the never ending Obama campaign strategy. Talk a lot and get the media to concentrate on what he says but never question why.

The link above is all Fox displayed about the subject at this point.
I don't have the stomach to watch the TOTUS this early, so I will post the text from Fox once they release it.

That's what I got also...it's either a bad link at Fox or they are showing other news while waiting for the live feed.
Here's the text posting at Fox...
DEVELOPING: President Obama is expected to announce Thursday plans for a jobs summit in December, an administration official confirmed to Fox News. Obama will make the announcement at the White House before departing on a trip to Asia.
The president's remarks come as the nation faces a 10.2 percent unemployment rate -- the highest since 1983. The Labor Department announced last week that 16 million Americans are out of jobs.

I caught the last few words (bad timing). Same old BS, same old lies about “saving or creating” millions of jobs...
But the funny part was, right afterward, Fox went into a story about how the stimulus numbers are bogus, and the anchor slipped up and said “cheating” instead of “creating” new jobs ;-)

Aw-w-w-w geez, it isn’t necessary to waste time watching or listening. It can be summed up with this transcript:
I I I I I I I , uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, I I I I I I I , uh, uh, me me me me me me me me, uh, uh, uh, uh, I I I I I and so on and so forth.

There are still plenty out there that say:
“Oh, I just love the fact that we now have a president that speaks well and that we don’t have to be embarrassed about.”
See, appearances are WAY more important to a lib than anything like substance or character.
