Obama said the White House forum will gather CEOs, small business owners, economists, financial experts and representatives from labor unions and nonprofit groups "to talk about how we can work together to create jobs and get this economy moving again."
"We all know that there are limits to what government can and should do, even during such difficult times. But we have an obligation to consider every additional, responsible step that we can take to encourage and accelerate job creation in this country," he said.

They are going to talke about it, I feel better already. I think it is time they come up with a lapel ribbon-pin to show how much they care.
No summit needed, take this from a small business owner. Lower my taxes so I can invest back into my business by hiring people and buying equipment rather than transferring my earnings to the government. Secondly, leave me the hell alone and quit regulating every little aspect of how we do business. The Federal government has so overstepped its constitutional authority it isn’t funny.
He’s not leading. He’s doing just enough to keep people off his back. Mean while, he will destroy this country. He can do all the studies he wants, it won’t solve a thing and he knows it.
This would be a good time to have a demostration against illegal aliens who have stolen jobs and driven down wages for both the skilled and unskilled workers in the US.
Now he wants a JOB SUMMIT? How about a BRAIN summit??
Get the government out of the way and then jobs will be created. Zer0 is in way over his head, to our country’s detriment.
And in other news, the employment picture is unchanged even after the 17th job-creation summit held by the Obama administration.
He is admitting that Government can’t do it all, but then he ruined it by going on and basically saying we will sure try to do it all though...

The take over of small business by social groups. Small business should be forced to be "non-profit" with compensation regulated by government. Of course, economic risk will still be taken by the Bourgeoisie...
I’m going to guess that the following are off the table regardless of how many CEO’s, small business owners, economists and financial experts say the following are how you grow the labor market....
- Tax cuts for individuals making $250k+, IE small business owner proprietorships.
- Lowering the capital gains tax.
- Taking card check off the table.
- Small business tax credits for offering a full slate of benefits.
- Easing of government regulation for pollution, workers compensation or legal liability.
- Extension of patent lengths.
- Tort reform.
- Expansion of domestic energy production.
I could come up with another 5-10 but we all know they will never be considered by Zero and the communists in Congress.
Sure they’ll “listen” but they’ll never implement them even if the majority of the private sector representatives.
Labor unions and non-profit groups don’t belong anywhere near a discussion of job creation. They’re leeches on the private sector, not divers of the private sector.
Admitting that he has no clue what he’s doing. All he has to do is look at what has worked in the past...that would be those “years of greed” under Regan.
Drill for oil?
1) Undo everything he's done.
2) Don't do anything he promised to do.
Take your government jackboot off the throats of American businesses, Zero, and you’ll have that recovery.

Obama’s idea of working together is, “Listen, you capitalist pigs! Cut your own pay and hire a dozen guys each from the ‘hood, or I’ll take over your businesses and run them myself!”
And he’ll count the dozen or so catering employees that bring in food as “stimulus related jobs saved”.
These people are insane.
Let me guess, he plans to lay down news laws that put him in charge of the 52% of the private sector economy he hasn't already taken over. (This comment is made possible by the assumption that health care will be completed by hook or by crook, and that will complete the takeover of 48% of the private sector at that point.)
Personally, if I owned a business I'd stay as far away from the White House as I possibly could these days.
Consider this a forewarning from hussein: Bendover cause here comes another treatment to stimulate us.
My two point plan:
1. Kick out all illegal aliens.
2. Replace the income tax with a consumption tax.
No rush, buddy.
1) Cut corporate taxes 2) Cut federal income taxes 3) Get the lines of credit back open for businesses to EXPAND and HIRE!

You don’t need a talk-a-thon to realize that removing the burden from business will enable them to create real jobs. End the looming health care tax, the looming cap & trade tax, the loving VAT tax, the looming reinactment of taxes reduced by an 8 year tax cut.
