Major Nidal Malik Hasan has finally been charged with thirteen charges of premeditated murder.
Here's the clip from the press briefing. The rest of the briefing is just introductions and the typical, "we want to make sure you understand that he is innocent until proven guity."
What do you think will happen next? What will his lawyer say?

I will bet anything his Lawyer will go for the insanity angle. I doubt very much he will be get a death sentence because Barry will have to sign off on it. I only hope that he goes to a Military installation where some solder already there will put him at room temperature.

They have already declared he will be charged in accordance with UCMJ and will appear before a General Court Marshall. If the local police department want to charge him, they can but will have to wait until he is released from a prison term to get their hands on him. He will get the death penalty but I believe Zero will give him LIP, that decision is the decision of the CIC and no one else.

Meanwhile, in a separate ceremony held in Tehran, Iran, Major Hasan was awarded the Ayatollah Ceremonial Medal of Honor for his brave act of Jihad in the shooting deaths of 13 American infidels.
While Major Hasan was unable to receive the medal in person, the medal will be held until Major Hasan’s release into Paradise by a US Army firing squad, at which point the medal will be penned to the bridle of a camel and the camel will then have its head cut off so that it will arrive in Paradise at the time of Major Hasan’s arrival. All 72 virgins, miracuously already present there, will take turns wearing the medal as Major Hasan has ceremonial sex with the remains of the camel.

HIV treatment medication was found in Hasan’s apartment, so we can assume the good Major has AIDS. Because of his life style, one can then assume he contracted AIDS through homosexual intercourse and not intraveinous drug use.
As Hasan is a homosexual with AIDS, he knew he was going to die and, as a Muslim, he would go straight to Hell, so his only hope was to martyr himself in violent Jihad against the Infidels.
But the good Major’s plan went awry and he wasn’t martyred in his Jihad and will now spend the rest of his life in a Federal prison where he’ll probably die at the hand of another prisoner, and that won’t qualify him for a trip to Muslim heaven, now will it? But, then, what does a homosexual in Muslim heaven do with 72 virgins anyway?

I looked into it and apparently he had a 2001 prescription for Combivir, a drug often prescribed for doctors who may have come in contact with HIV, as well as the antibiotic Clarithromycin, a cough reliever and an antihistamine.
Aparently Combivir is a preventative drug that docters get who they come into contact with HIV patients, There is nothing I can find that is conclusive that he was HIV positive and was undergoing any drug therapy for it.
We need to know a lot more about this POS , and we will not now, since he is not investigated as a terrorist. All the evidence needed for murder is at the genocide scene at Fort Hood.
