Gingrich is the personification of the guy that appoints GOP nominations in smoke filled rooms.

Gingrich and Steele can both take a hike- we need new faces.
Gingrich is a disappointment, and I have no idea what Steele is, really.

The No. 2 issue is energy.
That one better be good. Drill, mines, split atoms. Tell the UN to stuff it.

“He is developing a first principles model that I think is a very exciting , positive step in the right direction,’’ said Gingrich
The trouble is it won’t be ready to roll out untill after the 2012 elelction, and sure as hell won’t help the election in 2010.

Get lost, Newt. You thought that Michael Steele would back you for president if you backed his favorite candidate, Dede Scozzafava.
Well, that didn’t work out quite the way you expected. So, get lost. And Steele, you get lost, too. Bunch of losers running the party.

Newt might have a little credibility on this if he’d bothered to fight to get Round #1 enacted.
Fail.

After the NY-23 fiasco I don’t want Newt or any other GOP ‘leadership’ making any kind of Contracts with America.
