No way these terrorist get tried in NY, they will get a change of venue. I’ll bet the trials are in Dearborn Michigan. 12 jurors have to convict unanimously, no way thay are convicted on serious charges. Maybe some lessor charges and released with time served. Then they come back and sue the CIA for mistreatment.
Obama is going down. What I hate the most is a liberals inability to grow up and say they may be incorrect.
They'd have a hell of a time arguing that their Messiah did the right thing, if it resulted in the 9/11 mastermind, whom everyone knows is guilty, because he openly brags about his guilt, gets off on a technicality in civilian court. What could they say?
"Bush never got Osama" would be superceded by "Obama let Khalid get away."

The trial probably won’t even begin for a year or so, during which time KSM and his lawyers will be busy digging through our intelligence secrets, assembling their files for the next attack, etc. - but they’ll be doing it out of sight.
In other words, people will have forgotten all about this by tomorrow because they’re not going to actually see anything - such as the trial itself - for quite some time.
Everything Obama has done is like this: a flurry of activity now for something that will take effect in a couple of years (witness the health bill). This gives people time to get upset but at the same time no real focus for their anger, which means that it will have dissipated by the time the event really happens and we will be unable to muster any real resistance to it.
You know, part of me says that Obama would have to be an idiot to think that this wouldn’t hurt him in the 2012 election, but then his friendship with communist terrorists didn’t hurt him either (my country is unrecognizable to me). Plus, he may be expecting that whoever runs in 2012 against him will put up as inept and jaw-droppingly poor campaign as McCain did.
Circus...of evil. Think of the juror fatwas. And the judge, too. If the verdict doesn’t go their way, they put a contract on the judge. It’s like a mob trial, times...let’s see, if one percent of all 1.5 billion muslims are fanatic jihadists...

Well, if evidence obtained through coercion is out, one would also tend to think that Miranda will also be held to — and I would be surprised if any significant number of these terrorists were read their Miranda rights.
If so, then there may well not be enough untainted evidence to convict many of these terrorists.

I think that megalomaniacs and psychotics must have their lapdogs, yes men, and fawning adorers in order to accomplish anything. (I’m trying to keep my language clean here!) What troubles me is that a large segment of this country are his enablers. I never could stand enablers.
