? This civilian court is going to have to turn a blind-eye to egregious violations of civil rights. I’m not saying that KSM & his band of Terrorists should be granted civil rights, only that this court is going to have to tie itself in knots to achieve a guilty verdict. And that is going to yield terrible for the US citizenry.

During the ensuing thre of four year sustained crisis, the Dems will pass some bill with 2000 pages - which none read - whatever else they wish to inflict on us.

I imagine the general moronic public forgot about it by the next morning. Obama will do anything he pleases because he knows the most that happens against it is post on a blog or a harmless Tea Party /Family outing type of event . He is acting unopposed folks!
That's not because people on FR don't care, or have a short attention span, it is because the acts of treason perpetrated by Sheik Obama and his posse of traitors come at such a rapid pace that people are unable to focus on a single outrageous act.
All indications are that Obama is already losing the independents, and yes, I believe that only 20 to 25 per cent of the electorate is hard core left, and yes,I believe that there are those who would vote for any D before an R.
Having conceded that, Obama is already showing his vulnerability, and given one more year of this can’t be good for him.

The American public has been conned big time. I though we were wising up but congress passed health care. I didn’t see any outrage against that in the real world. Did the GOP even make a statement? There should have been 2 million people surrounding DC in aggressive protest. My local congressman lied to my face at the town Hall meeting . There needs to be action beyond discussion and i don’t see it .People should have rioted at their local congressman’s office.
He’ll pass health care , he’ll pass cap and trade and he’ll pass immigration , just watch . And then there will be no country left to save.
This trial will be just like the Soviet show trials in the 60s. It’s a political propaganda tool at best.

Raising hand here....I am with you. We need to take this to the next level. There are a lot of angry people out there, though sometimes I wonder....I was really encouraged by the huge demonstration in DC on 9/12, but then attended a very disappointing rally in NYC against the leftwing media. Of course that was NYC. Do you think enough people would be willing to engage in strikes and civil disobedience? I only stick to Free Republic and other conservative sites to get my news since I can’t stomach the other outlets, but sometimes I wonder if it skews my viewpoint and makes me think there are more people on our side than there are. But, I agree with you - it’s time to stop this crap - everyday some fresh outrage perpetrated against our freedom and safety and Constitution. We’ve GOT to act before this country goes over the cliff.
