I hope KSM is found not guilty by some technicality...like no Miranda warning, habeas corpus, a right to a speedy trial, or some such thing (only granted to U.S. citizens). Then when acquitted he, like everyone else found not guilty, is let out the front door of the court house. No escort, no nothing.

Sad. Here we all are sharing info, opinions on how we should deal with Islamist jihadist, ex: hang em high, shoot them in the head, other means of justice and we find a Marine become a casualty. At least the Mod did respond as to why they modified the post, as I later noticed in post #39. It was within the ROE. Kelly sort of went outside the wire without permission. I did not notice river rat's demise.
