I know that Hillary and her comments regarding Gov.Palin are going to bring me to a state of nausea, so I'll just sit here and work rather than keep switching over to meet the depressed. Good Morning everyone

Exactly. I know there are a lot of FReepers who don’t like Guiliani, what with him being a Republican that is pro-abortion and anti-gun. I’ll even ageee with them. IMHO, he is simply unelectable for national office because of that. However, he is spot on when it comes to the War On Terror.

Looks like the state media is cow-towing to the GOP moderate, Giuliani. He will be their pick in 2012. Die hard conservatives rarely get an invitation.

Good for Giuliani! Fighting for New York still!
What “Holder” and Obama have decided is an abomination.
I relived sensations that I felt on the morning of 9-11-01, when I heard of the decision to bring KSM’s trial to NY.

On another note, I wonder if any guest or host will mention Obama’s bow to the Emperor of Japan, or even show the image.

Since I'm pretty sure KSM wasn't read his rights prior to water boarding I'm confident anything he said after will be tossed out. The striking will be a circus since I feel confident the defense will insist that a jury of his "peers" should be 100% Muslim.

Not guilty. Perp walks.

The lib mantra on bringing KSM and his cohorts to trial in NY is disgusting. You know, Bush tortured poor jihadists and the Muslim hate us because of it, and this will show the world our love.

Its as if 9/11 never happened. Obama did this for no reason other than to put the Bush administration on trial and inflame Muslims worldwide.

Many innocent Americans are going to die because of this decision, and they don't care. When terrorists attack a lib stronghold like SF or NYC, there will be no sympathy from me. They will only have gotten what they voted for.

Too bad that the media types have not invited Geraldo Rivera to be the counterpoint to Rudy Guiliani on these shows. I caught two minutes of the Jerry Rivers weekend show on Fox News last night while channel surfing, and his response to Ann Coulter making a comment about this trial "and maybe Adolph Hitler should have been charged with just a bunch of murders" was, "yes, that could have been possible."

I used to think that Jerry Rivers was just a pompous, conceited liberal lawyer, but now I am convinced that he has risen to a new level of evil.

Julie says they should be tried by military tribunal.

I have not heard one democrat criticize the “Holder” decision.

If they can all stand together supporting this abomination, then we know that their EVERY thought is political first, last and always.

We should NEVER look to any federally elected democrat to support a conservative/republican issue.

We should remind ourselves of this fact daily!

I agree. Bonehead being the operative word. Sure wish GW had used a military tribunal in the first place to make this unnecessary.

And, once convicted, this jerk will be shipped to Canyon City, CO. to spend the rest of his life. People in CO are not happy with that prospect either.

Why are we granting the wishes of terrorists? Interested in granting the rights of terrorists, not protecting the safety of the public.

I do not accept terrorism in any American city. Despite my political differences with most of the people of San Francisco, I don't want them attacked.

I understand how frustrated all of us can get with some of the clueless in the large metropolitan areas, but let's not lose sight of the fact that they are also Americans, and that there are plenty of innocent people in places like that.

Are you saying KSM could go to Colorado if he gets life? Hadn't heard that.

Wallace asks Jack Reed why these terrorists should get the same constituional provisions as Americans. Reed says we're trying him in civilian court to show him as a common criminal vs. a warrior for his cause. Riggghhhhttttt. Nice try at covering for obama's decision, Jack.

I don't want to see innocents die ever, but there are horrible consequences for stupidity/blindness on this scale. The people of earth ignored the warning of the coming flood thousands of years ago, and paid for it.

I have recommended that people leave the large urban centers for their safety in times past. It is more important than ever now.
