Complying with a Supreme Court ruling last year, 15 federal judges in the U.S. courthouse here are giving detainees their day in court after years behind bars half a world away from their homelands.
The judges have found the government's evidence against 30 detainees wanting and ordered their release. That number could rise significantly because the judges are on track to hear challenges from dozens of more prisoners.
Scooped up along with hardcore terrorist suspects in Afghanistan, Pakistan and elsewhere, these 30 detainees stand in stark contrast to the 10 prisoners whom the Obama administration t

Imagine - General Patton ordered to release Nazi prisoners by Federal Judge.
We don’t need any better excuse for “ Take No Prisoners “ than this

That’s how he’s going to keep his promise....set them free...consequently, no prisoners left on Gitmo.
I am beginning to believe Obama’s release of terrorist and his planned and calculated delay in issuing a real plan for Afghanistan is his hidden Jihad. He is freeing terrorist and his Afghanistan plan delay is causing American Military personnel to be killed. What is the difference between him and the obvious islamic terrorist. Could he be an islamic Jihadist in sheep clothing?
Could he be an islamic Jihadist in sheep clothing?”

''The Military Commissions System, which allowed evidence obtained through torture and coercive interrogation tactics, has been a dismal failure both legally and practically,'' wrote Patty Casazza, Monica Gabrielle, Mindy Kleinberg and Lorie Van Auken.
The women were among 40 or so relatives of men and women killed on Sept. 11, 2001 and at the USS Cole who met with Obama on Guantánamo policy Friday, along with Lippold.
The White House arranged the meeting to enlist survivors' support for the 120-day pause in the trials, which they called an attempt ``to fix the quagmire that was created by the previous administration.
If even one soldier or one civilian is murdered by these people the judge who ordered him freed should be put on trial for murder.
WOW, they must have really hated their husbands.
The blood of those who die at the hands of those released lies with the Judges and the ACLU and the ObamacRats.
Good video of BO and his Islam leanings. Is it so obvious that most don’t see it or can’t believe it?
I was wondering if there is any meaning to how BO was holding his hands while walking through the mosque (hands in front, fingers interlocked). Don’t know why it bothers me, but it struck me as odd, that as people on both sides are pointing things out, he never unfolded his hands.
The floodgates are opening.
“WOW, they must have really hated their husbands.”
They have a hybrid version of “Stockholm Syndrome”
Ditto. Immediate chill while watching.
Posture of submission.
The only time I’ve seen him humble himself.
Lessons of reverence from his childhood kicked in.
He was in his true spiritual home.
