A cocktail of three flu viruses are reported to have mutated into a single pneumonic plague, which it is believed may be far more dangerous than swine flu. The death toll has reached 189 and more than 1 million people have been infected, most of them in the nine regions of Western Ukraine.
President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko has called in the World Health Organisation and a team of nine specialists are carrying out tests in Kiev and Lviv to identify the virus. Samples have been sent to London for analysis.
President Yushchenko said: “People are dying. The epidemic is killing doctors. This is absolutely inconceivable in the 21st Century.”
In a TV interview, the President added: “Unlike similar epidemics in other countries, three causes of serious viral infections came together simultaneously in Ukraine – two seasonal flus and the Californian flu
“Virologists conclude that this combination of infections may produce an even more aggressive new virus as a result of mutation.”

yea, I’ve been casually watching this for the last week or so. Still not enough deaths per exposure to qualify for a pandemic panic. If the global elite (illuminati?)really wanted to wipe out millions of “useless eaters” they are doing a really poor job of it ;-)
Is the sky falling? I’m sorry, but 189 deaths do not a pandemic make. Not to belittle the story, and certainly not to cut down the science (I’m fascinated by that) but “plague”?
With 75,862 people hospitalized, it seems the ratio could be going up.

It’s not just the United States. France’s Pasteur Institute has developed numerous vaccines. It was the first to develop a rabies vaccine and also developed vaccines for tetanus and a whole bunch of other nasty diseases. It was the first lab to isolate the AIDS virus. Another leading foreign lab is the Karolinska Institute in Sweden. And the Japanese pharmaceutical industry is rapidly advancing.

That’s a death rate of .01%. While I don’t necessarily disagree that it’s worse than swine flu, that’s primarily because the swine flu panic is silly. Kind of like this panic.
