Graham Accuses Holder of 'Making Bad History' With Sept. 11 Trial Decision

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., raised concerns that Holder was imperiling national security by determining that war-time combatants, potentially even Usama bin Laden, might be sent into the criminal system.

"We're making bad history here," Graham said. "The big problem I have is that you're criminalizing the war. ... I think you've made a fundamental mistake here."

Criminalizing ... in many ways.

Clinton criminalized it trying to make it a law enforcement function. It didn’t work then and will not work now ... and keep us safe.

The KSM trial does one thing ... it criminalized the Bush Administration. That is the one goal of this Administration and a primary Agenda of the Democrat Party.

Facts substantiating Holder's sympathetic attitude towards terrorists and the relationship between 18 Gitmo detainees and Covington & Burling were well known before the confirmation hearings, Sen Graham. What did you think he'd do once he was AG?

Actions have consequences.

Grahamnesty did well today.

Would have been a tad more effective if he hadn’t voted to confirm Holder.

What about the defending team’s right to discovery, what about illegal search illegal this illegal that.

If you can’t tell the difference between crime and war you ain’t got any bussiness getting into either and obambi is clueless......not to mention that libs only know how to end wars NOT WIN THEM.

The sooner obambi is out of the White House, the sooner it will no longer be an outhouse.

Holder’s decision is cruel and unusual punishment for the thousands of New Yorkers, Jerseyites, Connecticutans, and all others in and out of the metropolitan area who either witnessed 9-11, or lost loved ones in that hideous Islamoterrorist attack.

To inflict additional mental torture upon the relatives, friends, and associates of those lost on 9-11 is a strategy that could only have been concocted in Hell.
