Compared to Obama's predecessor, George W. Bush, the U.S. is putting its alliances "on a firmer footing" and has "reasserted our leadership in the region," the White House said in a statement released to reporters hours before the president's flight home.

Bowing down to leaders of other countries does not equal re-establishing the U.S.’s leadership, you dolt. Obozo needs to be removed from office for treason.

Call it what you want Obama, you remain Americas First Failed Black Pres-dent.

Obama is starting to become the Peewee Herman in Chief. Folks are laughing at his nonsense and sooner or later, he will snap and expose himself in public. LOL

'Things don't change overnight.'

I guess that's going to be his campaign slogan for 2012.

A success, my a$$.

This evil enemy of America is hurting America in every way he can.

He could care less about a second term.

not even
the white house needs to be tested for drugs
they have completely lost it.
fortunately it is harder to lie with all the poll numbers coming out against them and the rats heading for the hills.
2010 will be worse for the rats than 94.

Sure it was a success. Any tourist would consider visiting five Asian countries in a week at no cost to them a success.

Is there a parallel universe somewhere, but with different outcomes, such as that this trip was somehow a "success"?

That is the only cosmic explanation I can think.

The rest of it borders on psychological instability and outright delusionary thinking.

These cheap press releases were written up in advance, and just some additional details were filled in, such as "that duck quacked at Obama at the Forbidden City", blah blah blah. What a crock of sh*t/spin.

In the same manner as the White House continues to claim the Stimulus was a success and that 600K-1 million jobs were saved and created.....riiiiight.

“White House calls Obama’s Asian tour a success”

That’s just another way of saying Barack is congratulating himself (again).
