Bring KSM to NYC means the fix is in: he won’t get death penalty but America will be found guilty
The Collins Report ^ | November 20, 2009 | Kevin “Coach” Collins

Here are a few facts we can’t overlook.

*A retired Army lawyer speaking at a TEA Party rally this past week explained the dangers this trail poses to national security. He predicted a “civilian” trial will lead to the exposure of some of America’s most important military secrets and methods of keeping us safe since 9-11.

During the trial of John Walker Lindh he was in charge of a team of military lawyers whose only job was defeating ACLU filings designed to expose America’s secrets.

He confidently predicted this would happen again during this trial, but sadly concluded the military’s lawyers wouldn’t prevail because they’ll be fighting the ACLU Holder and Obama.

*The federal death sentence was reinstated in 1988. According to the Federal Death Penalty Resource Counsel Project since then there have been NO juries less likely to hand down a death sentence than those in New York City. So far New York’s federal prosecutors have asked their juries to vote for the ultimate penalty for defendants facing capital punishment 19 times. In all but one single instance ( 6%) they voted for life sentences instead. The nationwide average for federal juries voting to impose the death penalty has been 33%.

* Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his gang have already offered to plead guilty provided they are sentenced to death. So why do we need a trial?

*If Holder and Obama really wanted death sentences they’d try this case in the Northern District of Alabama at Birmingham. Only a handful of states currently have more inmates on their death rows.

*As Deputy Attorney General, Eric Holder first did nothing about “prosecuting” the terrorists who attacked the USS Cole killing 17 Sailors on 12 October 2000, then sat quietly as Obama ordered the charges against the bombers be dropped.

This move is so wrong on so many levels it's hard to know where to start. The national TEA partys are talking about a protest at the WTC ground zero hole on Dec 12 at noon. If so I'll be there. Please try to join me.

I’m now wondering if Obozo intends to hand them over to the world court so they can release them.

This is going to backfire on the 0bama regime.

I don’t beleive 0bama even cares about a second term. He’s out to hurt America and will do all he can, as fast as he can, to do that.

TSWHTF sometime in the Spring of 2010.

Letter I sent to my senators and congressman:

I am writing, asking that you stop Obama and Eric Holder from doing great harm to the US. Not only should terrorist NOT be tried as civilians, but they should not be moved from Gitmo to locations near the civilian population. IT IS YOUR JOB AND THE JOB OF THE PRESIDENT TO PROTECT “THE PEOPLE”. Why are we spending money WE DON”T HAVE on a trial that will cost million, and maybe more lives if other terrorist try to disrupt it. We already have a plea agreement-guilty and the death penalty. You can’t get a better conviction than that!!!

Also, Eric Holder’s law firm has had a significant role in DEFENDING over a dozen terrorist when he was a senior partner there. It seems he has already taken sides & IS GIVING THEM WHAT THEY ASKED FOR-
THAT THEY BE TRIED IN CIVILIAN COURT AND BE BROUGHT TO NEW YORK. Maybe they would like conjugal visits too.

Terrorists tried in civilian courts will be entitled to the whole panoply of legal protections accorded to any American charged with a crime, such as the presumption of innocence, the right to a fair trial, the right to exclude evidence obtained in violation of Miranda rights, the right to a speedy trial, the right to confront one’s accusers, the right to a change of venue, the right to examine the evidence against you, and the right to subpoena witnesses and evidence in one’s defense.

What classified information will be given to the terrorist, as it was in the past? Does that not matter???

Members of Congress have it in their power to put an end to this lunacy right now. If they don't, they are as complicit in Mohammed's civilian trial as the president. Article I, Section 8, and Article III, Section 1 of the Constitution give Congress the power to establish the jurisdiction of the lower federal courts and to create exceptions to that jurisdiction.

Congress could pass a statute limiting federal court jurisdiction to individuals not subject to trial before a military tribunal. Any legislator who votes “nay” on a such a bill will be voting to give foreign terrorists the same legal rights as U.S. citizens — and more legal rights than members of the U.S. military are entitled to.

Won't get the *chair*? He'll,they might not even be *convicted*!! You've gotta remember that numerous polls show that something like half of Europeans and a third of Americans think 9/11 was "an inside job".And it's a given that 98% of that third are the fine, compassionate, thoughtful "progressives" that largely populate Manhattan and,for that matter, the entire Tri-State Area.

So unless the jury pool is the state of Kansas it's *distinctly* possible that one or more of them could walk.

As far as I know there is NO requirement for the city of New York or the state to provide security for one of these events. Let Bambi march out his own troopers and pay for it. Better yet, send his SEIU thugs there to give them a little more experience in bashing heads. Its what Hitler would have done.

I have to be honest. If I were a judge, sworn to uphold the law I would have to dismiss the charges against the accused. He has not received due process in accordance with our civil laws.

I would release him as a free man day one.

The results of which, not my problem.

Which the President and Attorney General are well aware of. That’s why they they changed the venue of the trial.

Then lets play the game with them. Lets have him walk out into the streets of New York a free man. Let’s have it on CNN at 6:30.

I’m willing to let this furball walk in order to clearly demonstrate the Democrats version of Homeland Security once and for all.

I seriously doubt this case will even be held in NYC, if it is heard at all.

Think about it:

1) Defense attorney asks for a bail hearing and argues that bail should be provided since the guy was arrested w/o due process, not to mention that he’s had a number of his Constitutional rights denied and/or violated over the years he was held. If he gets bail, he will of course dissappear.

2) Defense attorney motions for change of venue due to proxitity of jury pool to scene of incident as well as the widespread sensationalism of it

3) Defense attorney will ask for dismissal due to difficulty to get fair trial in the US after President Zero has recently, regarding the defendant, stated in a widely televised speech; “when he’s convicted and when the death penalty is applied to him.” Add that to the statement by USAG Holder, “Even if a terror trial suspect were acquitted, he would not be released.”

4) Defense attorney motions for dismissle for the same reasons in #1.

5) Defense attorney motions for dismissle due to violation of right to speedy trial.

6) Defense attorney asks for separate hearing on each individual piece of evidence due to chain of evidence issues coupled with material developed based on interogations under duress.

Fact is, the guy already admitted his guilt in a military hearing and said he was prepared for the court to impose penalty, of course now, that admission can’t be used in the civilian court since the defense can now claim it was made under duress.

I’ll be amazed if this trial even starts before 2016.
