Sherry Johnston was sentenced Friday to three years in prison for dealing the prescription painkiller OxyContin.

Johnston made a deal with prosecutors to plead to a single felony count in exchange for dropping five other felony drug dealing charges against her. The deal called for the 42-year-old Wasilla woman to be sentenced to three years of prison time plus three years of probation, which is what the judge gave her.
Johnston received less time than the normal five to eight years for a second-degree felony drug charge because the amount she was dealing was so small.
Johnston is slated to serve her sentence at Alaska's only female prison, Hiland Mountain Correctional Center in Eagle River. She has been at Hiland since she pleaded guilty in August.

In a phone interview after the sentencing, Butler called his client "a poster child for health care reform." He said his client was selling some of the drugs to get money to pay for other pain medications that her insurance company was cutting her off from. He would not identify her insurance company.

Attorney Rex Butler,a Democrat operative, worked on the Jesse Jackson for President campaign and now is Levi Johnston's handler.
Judge Eric Smith who gave the sentence (3 years instead of 5 to 8). He was rejected by Governor Sarah Palin for the Alaska Supreme Court earlier this year not at least for his radical enviromentalist views.

You can tell the judge is a nut-case AND a LIBERAL. Is it just me or what? Why is it when you see someone with a beard, he’s almost certainly a LIBERAL. Almost like they are hiding from something, dont want to be recognized. Like the hyphenated last names. What is it with these people?

As for Levi, or should I say Ricky Hollywood, I don't see any more value from him for the libs against Sarah. He has zero credibility.

Levi keeps the 'pre-marital sex' angle alive with respect to Sarah Palin's daughter. This is obviously meant to crack Palin's support within the religious-conservative voting block. Huckabee is the benefactor of votes lost in that area. I think that the Dems believe that Huckabee cannot win, so the strategy is to go after Palin early & often with these kinds of attacks to keep her off stride.

Now now, don’t take this out of context. This is not a clear-cut, fool-proof thing. Just having a beard doesn’t make you a liberal, nor does NOT having a beard make you conservative. I’ve just noticed that MOST (note: that doesn’t mean ALL) of the people I’ve met who wear a beard turn out to be liberal. Likewise, I’ve also noticed MOST (not ALL) people who are well shaven happen to be conservative. Truly, an Inexact science. I suppose you could use this equation on other things, like the hyphenated names, or hippies, artists, people who dont take a bath, etc, etc, etc. I think you and I could walk down the street and I could point out to you the predominant party of each person and be spot on at least 70% of the time, just judging on appearance and mannerisms alone.
Sorry if I offended anybody here, but I think, given enough thought, you’ll end up agreeing with me. Give it a try, you’ll see I may be closer than you care to think.
