Excellent report. I’ve been sending this stuff out to my list, because most of them were believers in global warming or climate change.

But the whole thing started to fall apart with the release of that article by the BBC. And this bombshell finishes it off, for anyone who bothers to consider it.

Honest liberals are now doubtful about the whole business. I think it’s finished, although no doubt they will push it, or variants of it, just as long as they can.

This whole thing is just fascinating. Think of the collusion. It goes way beyond just this clubby bunch of scientists. As Dr. Ball points out, it includes the British government. But I’m sure we all know it goes way beyond that.

I wonder what Lord Monckton is doing today :)

This is much broader than just "climate change." All of science is now open to question. How do we know the same kind of thing isn't being done in other fields? Are other journals manipulating "peer review" to support favored hypotheses?

Science was supposed to be self-correcting. It now looks like scams aren't that hard to perpetrate.

Remember the "studies" on homosexuality, where it was "proven" that it was a genetic, inherited thing, not a choice? Then it was found that most of the researchers were homosexuals.

Remember the furor about AIDS and how it was without regard to gender or populations--ALL were susceptible? Statistics were manipulated. You will notice that it is over 20 years later and the general population is mostly NOT at risk.

Empirical statistics are a wonderfully useful tool in the hands of someone with an agenda.

This is a black stain on all scientists.

Hopefully the scientific community will purge themselves of these rascals.

If they don’t, I say no more funding for scientists that don’t sign up for open public peer review.

No more of these games.
