In this leaked files are 1079 emails and 72 documents that thoroughly expose the lie underpinning Al Gore's "Inconvenient Truth". Remember this, as Congress tries to ram the job-killing economy-destroying multi-billion-dollar-tax-hike called "cap & trade" down our throats - that it is all based on a lie, and this lie is being exposed....

This is extremely important. Global Warming is dying a slow death but it will die because it is not based on science but instead a false belief. You can only tell so many easily disprovable lies before people stop believing you. It is like the Polar bear video talking about how they are threatened with extinction by global warming. Not only was it wrong the polar bear populations are bigger and more widespread but it didn’t stop the radical Warministas from trying to trick everyone with cute poor defenseless polar bears. Not this this will stop them because they are conintuing to push draconian regulations and silly “carbon” tax ideas as a remedy to their imaginary warming. It almost like a return to savage superstition. The only difference is that an increasing number of “scientists” have helped build and defend what is no more than a modern mythology.

Anyway, the indoctrinated generation doesn’t the facts, they want a cause, any cause, if it can give them a quick ego boost and feeling of “self-esteem” and superiority, with no real effort required. There are several facets and motives of the type of folk that want to believe in AGW.

Some simply hate our consumption habits and want to control them.
Some simply want control for control’s sake.
Some hate the idea that the average person can have as nice a lifestyle as the true old-money wealthy have always enjoyed.

People should have known the global warming scam was a lie when liberals flocked to the climate change band wagon in droves, but the public is so brow beaten with environmental PC people will say they believe global warming is happening even if they freeze to death while saying it. You win the gold star. I wish people would start to recognise that "blowing the lid off" any lie perpetuated by the left which advances their agenda, will not even slow them in their tracks. When we do that, we are ascribing to them the same morality and belief in ethics which we have-and they just don't. Ethics were thrown overboard by them a while back as excess weight, and "truth" is relative to a leftist-it's whatever means accomplishes their end. We are always trying to fight a battle with them that isn't the same they're fighting, and we'll always lose in the long term by doing so. I don't know what the answer is, because I don't want to be the kind of people they are--amoral and without principles. Especially as a Christian. And it begins to appear that the only way to fight them is with their own weapons and on their own terms, by jettisoning our principles and morals. Where will that leave civilisation?

We can't even get the people on our side consistently, all the years of indoctrination and entitlements of bread and circuses have done their job well.

As I predicted here in the third week of October, the Arctic ice extent dropped below the record 2007 level on November 6th 2009; it remains now at the 2007 line and is fixed by a warm current on the eastern edge of the pack by a persistent standing wave trough still to bring foul weather in northeast Europe, Scotland, the U.K., etc.
