Tiger Woods did not suffer facial lacerations from a car accident. They were inflicted by his wife, Elin Nordegren -- according to a conversation Woods had Friday after the accident.
Tiger has yet to be formally interviewed by the Florida Highway Patrol -- that should happen this afternoon. But we're told Tiger had a conversation Friday -- with a non-law enforcement type -- detailing what went down before his Escalade hit a fire hydrant.
We're told he said his wife had confronted him about reports that he was seeing another woman. The argument got heated and, according to our source, she scratched his face up. We're told it was then Woods beat a hasty retreat for his SUV -- but according to our source, Woods says his wife followed behind with a golf club. As Tiger drove away, she struck the vehicle several times with the club.

So he has visible marks from a Domestic Assault? What’s FLA law say about that...?
That might explain why earlier reports said "charges were pending".
In a convoluted way there may be some truth to that statement.
It's very, very clear - she has to go to jail. And, FHP should NOT have let themselves be turned away by his wife when they showed up to interview him this afternoon. If you're going to drag the poor people off to jail when they start beating each other, you have to take the rich people to jail as well. The double standard so many feared when this story first broke may be accurate.

Domestic assault is by a man against his wife.
That is why men don’t report domestic violence. Comments like that. And half the time when they do report it they are the ones that end up in jail for it, even if the woman is at fault.
So get beat up by your girl and take the abuse over and over, hit back and go to jail, or run/report and get called a pussy.

Tiger must have decided to not try to talk his way out of trouble, like, “Oh, Honey, you know that’s just a bunch of silly gossip. Not a word of it is true! You are my one and only, blah blah blah...” I mean, how easy is it to lie to a woman if you have to?
I’m guessing Tiger made the sad mistake of saying something like, “I told her I’m ending it, I swear.”
Ok now THIS makes more sense. No one leaves at 2:30 in the morning from their own home, unless he was on his way to Best Buy to get that Sony laptop for 399.99 which supposedly retailed for 1000 bucks(Yeah right!) This story makes more sense, gets in fight with wife, wife beats him up, he runs off, not paying attention, crashes into tree
Why is the FHP involved in this? Isn’t this a local issue?
Also, yje reason any woman is swinging a golf club at 2:20 am is not to “help” anyone.
