That’s lower than the support he enjoys by whites nationwide - 39%, as was reported by Rasmussen with earlier this week or late last week. I’m guessing that blacks may beginning to abandon him in VA, which would be a very troubling development for Obama.
He may not care, but at least people in VA are paying attention. The two bedwetters we call our Senators are getting flooded with calls about 0bamaCare.

They are. He’s only getting 63% black support here. 31% disapprove. VA is wide awake now.

On Thanksgiving my liberal New Jersey relatives were bemoaning the fact that our low Pennsylvania taxes were stealing their businesses and their jobs.

Not sure about McDonnell’s numbers among black voters; however, one of the real stories in the recent governor’s race was the low turn-out among African-Americans. It’s no secret that the last Democratic “push” (including The Chosen One’s final visit to VA) was aimed at energizing the black vote in places like Hampton and Norfolk. By all accounts, it was a failed effort. African-American voters stayed away in droves, while GOP turnout in York County, suburban Richmond and other Republican enclaves was heavy.
Democrats blame their debacle in Virginia on Creigh Deeds, but there are a couple of dirty little secrets from the race. First, Mr. Deeds ran as an Obama Democrat, and secondly, the VA results prove that Obama energizes the wrong base, as far as Democrats are concerned.
What is with the freaking STUPID oldsters in that state (and presumably elsewhere)? They approve of Obama more than the youngsters do!

And Shelia Johnson, a co-founder of BET endorsed McDonnell; that may have been a factor in not a big % of the black vote for McDonnell but rather blacks not voting at all (instead of for the Democrat).

The Left are to dumb to dump obama...they get their politics from SNL and MTV... Blacks, like Jews will vote for Obama but for different reasons..Blacks will vote because of the colour of skin, expect 95% again next time around...as for Jews, well, that’s our guilt side, expect 75% again next time around...You need to go out and get the independants...The Jews will either come around by themselves or (not all thats for sure) or they will endlessly remain stuck in their self hate...!!!!
Oh, I think he does. He knows that with a Congress that is not as friendly as today, most of his agenda will go awry... Even now, with a super majority in Congress, many of his agenda didn't go through smoothly... Imagine after next year's election.
