Actually, we are a nation of laws, laws that come directly from the Constitution and laws that have been passed that conform to our Constitution.

And nowhere in our history has a law been past that defines 'natural born citizen' in the manner you wish for it to be defined.

Actually, they didn’t state any intent. They used a term with no definition in the Constitution. The case for common law is at least as plausible as anything else.

The law at the time in 1961 states that for her to transfer citizenship to Obama, she would to have been in residence in the USA 5 years after her 14th birthday, that would to have put her at 19 years old for her to transfer citizenship to Obama, she was 18 when she had Obama, so , no, she could not transfer citizenship to Obama, and that's only talking about regular citizenship, not " Natural Born " status.

I don't know, from what I saw on the video, that was no " Make Believe " court house, and " Make Believe " Grand Jury room.... I guess when you get a " Make Believe " summons to serve on a jury or court notice you won't show up...
I can tell you one thing ? if you don't show up at court if your issued a summons to serve on a jury, the judge will send out a arrest warrant for your arrest.

Tennessee Code 40-12-104. - Application to testify by person having knowledge of commission of offense. —

(a) Any person having knowledge or proof of the commission of a public offense triable or indictable in the county may testify before the grand jury.

(b) The person having knowledge or proof shall appear before the foreman. The person may also submit the sworn affidavits of others whose testimony the person wishes to have considered.

(c) The person shall designate two (2) grand jurors who shall, with the foreman, comprise a panel to determine whether the knowledge warrants investigation by the grand jury. The panel may consult the district attorney general or the court for guidance in making its determination. The majority decision of the panel shall be final and shall be promptly communicated to the person along with reasons for the action taken.

(d) Submission of an affidavit which the person knows to be false in any material regard shall be punishable as perjury. An affiant who permits submission of a false affidavit, knowing it to be false in any material regard, is guilty of perjury. Any person subsequently testifying before the grand jury as to any material fact known by the person to be false is guilty of perjury.

The above does not apply if Barack Hussein Obama II was born at 7:24 PM on Friday, August 4, 1961 on Honolulu and if his birth was registered with the state of Hawaii on August 8, 1961 and if the two birth announcements that appeared in Honolulu’s local newspapers on Sunday, August 13th are valid.

At the time BO was born federal law required for births between December 24, 1952 and November 13, 1986, a parent to be physically present in the U.S. for at least ten years, five of those years after the age of fourteen in order to transmit citizenship to him. Consequently his mother needed to be at least 19 years of age however she was only eighteen and therefore unable to transmit her U.S. citizenship to him.
