Some tourists on a tundra buggy tour of the Churchill wildlife management area on Nov. 20 were shaken and started crying after witnessing a male polar bear eating a baby polar bear, said John Gunter, general manager for Frontiers North Adventures, an area tour operator.

Eight cases of mature male polar bears eating baby bear cubs have been reported this year.....

Infanticide [ Baby killing ] occurs among polar bears when they run low on fat reserves and become hungry enough to resort to cannibalism [and murder ].....

Scientists predict that with later formation of ice in the fall and earlier breakup in the spring because of CLIMATE CHANGE!!!!!! may be part of the reason for the highest incidence of cannibalization he has ever seen.

So we’re going to dedicate our deepest resources to keeping a species from killing its own babies.

Yes, so long as it's not our species ...

Something that I learned as a child - 40 some freaking years ago- that male bears of all types eat baby bears. (They’ll eat people too). Mama bears keep their young away from male bears for that very reason. They aren’t pack animals. They’re carnivorous and will eat anything they can get their paws on.

And Lions seek out and eat the young of leapords, oh the horror. But then nature is a horror show. Greenies are MORONS.

Count on hearing a ton of this nonsense this month.

Eric Holder will bring charges against against the offending bear, who will be brought to New York for trial, and sent to a Arkansas prison where new member of Arkansas Parole Board, Mike Huckabee, will recommend early release. Once the bear gets back to Alaska, Sarah will shoot him.

The reason that polar bears are eating each other is because their population has grown from 5,000 in the 1970’s to 25,000 today. Google it and you will find many sources confirming this.
More bears means less food per bear, so they either starve or have to find alternative food sources like each other. The reason for the increase is hunting was essentially banned.
Funny how these tourists were distraught in their tundra buggy. I bet they just returned from a visit to a local dump where the bears were feeding. Most of these tundra excursions do exactly that. They go where the bears are, and that isn’t out on some ice flow in the middle of the ocean!

While I am not a polar bear, I would like to take the opportunity to express my sadness at the continuing bear on bear violence that continues to plague the bear community. Therefore, I am going to enlist the help of the wildlife community to come up with real solutions to these problems. At Carniforum, we will try to come up with ideas that will reduce these violent incidents and will go hand in hand with our wildly successful seal-mulus package.

I thought all bears ate their young in times of less food. Just because they are cute, white and fluffy doesn’t change their species.

It’s more environmentally sensitive to drain your fried endangered species treats on hemp cuptowels. You can wash them in non-phosphate detergent and re-use them.

Is this what we have been reduced to? Outright, absolute lies to push a Socialist Propoganda program?

Reduced to? This is SOP, my FRiend, since Marx first put quill to paper.
